  1.前台和2号楼是分开的楼。办了入住，结果门开刷不开。外面下着雨，淋着雨来回跑。最後发现是门锁没电了。2.给的309房间，入住时候前台也未给説明是直接连着电梯的房间，只要电梯一动，房间就咚咚响。电梯声音非常响，根本无法好好休息。大家避雷，09房间勿选。3.衞生不佳。
