在海拉尔选到的完全不担心踩雷的酒店,大厅宽敞明亮，连锁风格统一亮眼人。被升了高级双床房，房间舒适温暖，洗浴乾湿分离，使用方便。早餐自助种类丰富，中西合璧加民族特色。楼下就是精致的咖啡店超市麪包店，很喜欢。

设施：很好??早餐好吃的，出去玩了十几天回家就想念奶茶，奶茶熬的比奶茶馆都好喝，超爱??
前台美女们态度每一次都很好，地下车库超级方便。
有一个小小建议…迷你吧里冬天也放点饮料呗… 你价格标高一点也行 哈哈哈

All staff that we met were very friendly. We made some complaints on the smell of cigarette and they quickly arranged for us to check another room and helped us change rooms. I appreciate the quick response. They sent the new key up with a robot. The breakfast selection is good and there’s a supermarket, bakery, and cafe located at the hotel.

We checked into the hotel fairly late, around 8–9 PM, and were pleasantly surprised when the receptionist informed us that we had been upgraded to a higher room category—something we truly appreciated. However, upon entering the room, we were immediately hit by a strong cigarette smell, which was disappointing given that this is a non-smoking room.
We informed the front desk and requested a room change, but our request was flatly denied with the explanation that the hotel was fully booked. We couldn't help but feel that this particular room had likely been complained about by previous guests and, with no other options available due to our late arrival, it was passed off to us under the guise of an "upgrade."
To their credit, the receptionist did offer to send a housekeeping staff member to address the issue. Shortly after, a lovely housekeeper named Zhang Li Jie arrived. She was incredibly kind and proactive—wiping down furniture and mopping the floors in an effort to remove the odour. While the cigarette smell still lingered slightly the next day, her efforts made a big difference. Speaking with her during the process was a highlight of our stay—her warmth and professionalism truly turned a negative experience into something more bearable. If not for her, our entire impression of the stay might have been ruined from the start.
On a more positive note, breakfast was delicious, and overall, it was still a decent stay—though we did joke that our lungs took a bit of a hit sleeping in that room.

Good location. Very clean and spacious room. Breakfast quality very good. Service very good. The only drawback is that there was no restaurant or bar on the premises in evening. No room service either and so have to make sure to eat out.
