What looked promising online turned out to be quite disappointing in reality. I reserved a room with two beds but was initially given one with a king-size bed. After a tiring trip, having to go back to the front desk to fix that wasn’t ideal. The check-in experience also left a lot to be desired—the staff member barely acknowledged me and made me feel unwelcome, almost as if I wasn’t a guest but someone delivering food. He also entered the wrong birthdate into the system, which meant I couldn’t access the Wi-Fi since it required a match between your room number and date of birth.
The terrace, a deciding factor in choosing this hotel, was closed—something that wasn’t mentioned on their site beforehand. To top it off, there was a noticeable unpleasant smell near the escalator area. All in all, Cityloft 81 didn’t live up to expectations.

非常惊喜，以为是个二星的国内快捷酒店。去了居然有门僮！还是个是个星级酒店。就是房间小了，住宿时可以了。
