酒店人员非常友好，保洁人员也是全程笑眯眯的。酒店地理位置不错，离景点非常斤，窗户对面就是圣索菲亚大教堂。

My Mom stayed there and she was extremely happy with the staff working there as they were very kind and helpful.
The only issue was that they had to take stairs to go for breakfast which for my Mom was not so convenient.

Perfect service and friendliness in a terrific location - quiet street behind the Aya Sofia. ?Hotel has level decor, is clean and accessible - particularly for older customers or persons with mobility problems. ?The breakfast is very good - lots of choices, well prepared and served. ?The in-house Marbah Restaurant is a treasure. ?Great food, wonderful service. ?It will be a must when I return to Istanbul.

优点：离索菲亚大教堂，蓝色清真寺，竞技场都在步行3-5钟之内，极为方便 。缺点：设施比较陈旧，房间的空气清新剂味（还是什么其他香味？）太浓烈，我开窗24小时，不能散去。提醒一点：该酒店有面对大街（有轨电车）的客房，游客和车辆的噪音，会很大。如果睡眠浅的人，入住前，告知前台，不要那一面的房间。

安い部屋にしたら、トラムに面する部屋で外の音がうるさかった。フロントから２阶下で、荷物の移动が大変だった。非常に非常によい。朝食は非常によく、特にヨーグルトが最高。
