Abbiamo soggiornato qui per due notti durante il nostro tour del Rajasthan e siamo stati benissimo. Stanza ampia, elegante, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo imprevisto (è saltata la corrente penso a causa del malfunzionamento dell'asciugacapelli) e subito il personale è intervenuto per risolvere la situazione. Spazi comuni meravigliosi e ristorante sopraffino: siamo stati davvero bene. Servizio garbato ed inappuntabile. Consigliatissimo.

The rooms were perfect, the beds were cozy and the people who served us were the most hospitable. The best part is when it feels true and it’s just the right amount without being too loud.
Truly welcoming and always with a smiling face, we experienced true Taj-ness during our stay at Taj Devi Ratn!

Ich kann vor diesem Hotel nur warnen und abraten. Die Zimmer sind stylisch eingerichtet aber das ist wirklich schon alles. Einchecken: Check in time ist 14.00 Uhr, wir waren um 14.45 Uhr da. Das Zimmer war noch nicht fertig und *** hat uns 30 Minuten hingehalten, statt offen mit uns zu reden und sich zu entschuldigen. Wir haben ein Premiumzimmer gebucht. Bekommen haben wir statt einen Blick in die Berge ein Zimmer im Erdgescho? mit Blick auf Wiese und Zaun. Zudem waren wir direkt neben dem Handtuch Raum untergebracht, wo die Tür mindestens 1 x in der Minute krachen zuschlug . Nach Beschwerde von uns war es dann ruhig. Alles in dem Hotel wirkt schmierig und unsauber. Hier gibt es z. B. kein Fenster oder Spiegel ohne Schlieren. Die Waschzimmerarmaturen ben?tigen mal einer dringenden Reinigung und Kalkbefreiung. Der Pool ist für das Hotel viel zu klein, es gibt nur 20 Liegen. Diese Liegen und die Tische sind fleckig und dreckig. Poolservice nicht existent, keiner richtet die Liege her und verteilt Handtücher. Auch die Poolanlage k?nnte mal dringend renoviert werden. Der Service im Restaurant ist chaotisch. Eine Lime Soda dauert 20 Minuten bis Sie fertig ist. Die auf einem Brett abger?umten Teller und Speisereste bleiben dort einfach stehen - kein sch?ner Anblick. Das Frühstück war international und in Ordnung, wir waren am Holi Tag da und das Hotel war deshalb ausgebucht, meist einheimische G?ste. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel meines Erachtens nicht akzeptabel.

Encontramos este hotel por casualidad, y fue todo un acierto. Aunque está algo retirado de la ciudad de Jaipur, y eso puede suponer algún problema a la hora de reservar un taxi que te lleve a la ciudad y que te traiga de vuelta vale hotel ( sobre todo por la tarde /noche) , es recomendable x . Las instalaciones son impresionantes, las habitaciones amplias , nuevas y con todo lo que puedas necesitar para tu estancia, la comida en el bufet de desayuno y los restaurantes, para almuerzo o cenas , exquisita, pero lo mejor sin duda alguna es su personal, súper amables, y que siempre están dispuestos a y usarte en todo lo que puedas necesitar. Desde luego un 10!!

非常友善舒服温馨的饭店,来Jaipur 非常推荐这间饭店！完全消除来印度旅行的所有的身心疲惫！尤其每个员工都像大家庭，非常细心观察旅客的需求，让我们感到非常温馨且感动！员工素质很优秀,早餐非常好吃！若下次再来一次这座城市，Devi Ratn绝对是我的首选！ Especially thanks to staff Kunjal who help us book the night bus tickets to the next city we’ll travel, because of some problems we can’t book by ourselves! She is so sweet and kind after we already check out and reach to the bus station, so still call to the bus company to make sure if we arrive and safe , and tell us all the details. Let us fell so warm! And also thanks to staff Rahul who have a good smile always ,saw his smile made us day! Devi Ratn is the best hotel in Jaipur definitely, if I come jaipur next time , I will choose Devi Ratn for sure!!!!

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato qui 7 giorni. *Location* La struttura è molto grande, una bellissima piscina e centro benessere con palestra. *Ristorante* Tantissima scelta sia a pranzo che colazione o cena. Un grazie speciale Rahul e Subham. Non ho mai ricevuto così tanta attenzione. Avete reso il nostro soggiorno oltre le aspettative. Rimarrete nel nostro cuore. *Camere* Super spaziose con tantissimi comfort. Il bagno sia con vasca sia con doccia è superlativo. *Consigli* Premetto che la struttura è eccezionale, questi sono dettagli che spero verranno apprezzati. 1) Ridurre la plastica, magari sostituire le bottiglie di acqua con quelle di vetro 2) Suggerisco di ridurre la quantità di cibo ma aumentarne la varietà. Soprattutto a fronte di cibi internazionali. 3) Ridurre l'aria condizionata negli spazi comuni.
