二层花园小筑，位置好，乾净卫生，店主是一对香港夫妇?? ，态度热情，还接送客人 。实属莱沙溪入住的理想小院。

沙溪很美，五月念也是，很小巧精致古朴的文艺民宿，住进来就能感觉到老板两口的很多巧思，很舒服。房间很有书香气质，有书桌、有茶室，有香炉、有茶（老板自己炒的滇红很香），一次性拖鞋也很好看。床品很舒服。二楼的茶座也是舒服很美。位置就在古镇北寨门进来一点，停车场离的也不远，一天20元。离古镇中心、玉津桥走走几分钟，都很方便。早餐可以在客栈吃（按位收费），也可以在隔壁买些豆浆油条，也很方便。

Excellent hotel in the heart of the ancient town. Our hosts made us feel welcome and were extremely nice. The beds were very comfortable, highly recommended!

很有特色的一家民宿，古朴简单。坐在二楼停雨看书聊天，还有逗弄小狗童童，就可以让你身心放松，感受惬意的下午时光。

整个惊呆了，整体环境非常不错，还有赠品，呜呜呜真的太贴心了，房东阿姨是香港人，和叔叔很热情的，到了之后给我们详细的做了攻略部署，而且位置也很好。古城很幽静，寻找风的地方。

非常有情调的小院子、院子里都是老板一家种植的花草，一点蚊虫都没有，感受到老板一家养护打理的用心，临时决定住在沙溪，所以把喜洲附近的房间退了，是老公订的，他説这家你一定喜欢，事实的确，我们带着孩子，12岁的男孩，一个大床挨着一个小床，还带着这个次卧（小客厅）可以喝茶、休息、窗台边也有老板给我们准备好的茶具还有茶品、布置整体很温馨，衞生也很乾净整洁，放置了安神香包，我们都休息的很好，墙外也是一片花，估计到盛开的时候，一定很美

The property is very close to one of the entrances into the old town, so it was very easy to alight the car and just walk over, as cars are not allowed in the old town.
First impression of the property was great, as there was a very well maintained garden filled with flowering plants, right when you entered the doors.
Eric and Joyce, the friendly and warm owners of this lovely place, were there to greet us too! Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, it was a breeze chatting and learning more about Shaxi from the two of them! This is especially convenient for tourists who are from SG, MY, who may prefer to communicate in English or Cantonese!
Rooms were very clean and heaters were available. There is no air conditioning, but frankly, you will not require that at all!
The main street of the old town is just a casual walk away, perhaps just 5 mins from the property. But along the way, you would certainly stop by many spots to have pictures taken as the entire place is so scenic! The houses, the vibes, the courtyards etc, everywhere you turn and look, it's just beautiful.
There is no lack of places to dine at, once you are at the old town, so despite the fact that the property does not include food, you will never go hungry.
All in all, it was a great experience and we would highly recommend anyone who visits Shaxi to stay over at this awesome property!

The inn is within the old town where cars can’t enter. The owner came out specially to receive us from the car and helped with our luggage. It was a short walk and his wife was standing at the entrance waiting to receive us. The couple then helped carry the luggage up the stairs and brought us to our unit. It was so clean. They were so thoughtful to turn on the heater in the room before we arrived. The bed has electric blanket. There were tea and slippers too. There is also a shared space to hang out at, with toys available for kids to play with, very family friendly!

This property is run by a nice old couple and they are really really awesome people and aunty also speak good English and will give you all the information about shaxi. Location is right in old town with a very quick walk to the main old theatre street. Rooms are beautifully decorated with all amenities, heater etc. They also have open seating space on 2nd floor where one can read books and there are even toys for kids to play, my son was so happy and kept himself busy. They helped arranged us a sharing taxi for lijiang and also helped us drop our bags to taxi pickup point. Shaxi is a must visit in itinerary to this part of Yunnan and you can simply select this place to stay and they will make sure you leave with only happiness. I wish we can visit shaxi and again one day and stay here in this cute little hotel. Thank you so much.
