We traveled as family and had a fabulous stay in this small and cozy accommodation. The owners do the cleaning on their own, so you can imagine the efforts they will put in as compared to outsourced cleaning. The rooms come with floor heating, which is a plus point during winter. Basically we had nothing to complain or nitpick about, and definitely looking forward to return and recommend anyone to stay here.

房间很舒适，床品很优，地暖在冬日里真是太舒适了，民宿小哥哥热情招呼！地点在古城内，离主街及玉津桥都很近！非常好??

非常推荐，民宿老板很热情周到，房间设施很新很乾净。地暖房冬天很暖和。位置离玉津桥很近，很安静，出门走几步离就到沙溪主街。阿姨做的早餐饵丝很好吃很好吃。

位置很好，离古镇里面的几个着名打卡点都很近，走路一会儿就到了。房间很大很温馨，睡着挺舒服的，屋里有地暖，这个天气外面早晚都很冷了，每次一进屋瞬间好受了。老板很年轻很热情，一碰面就塞水果红薯给我，偶然还看到老板一家，幸福的一家三口一起在院子里晒太阳，这种人情味让人觉得更放松，祝老板一家三口幸福安康。

云南之行的最后三天来到了沙溪，这个民宿让我有回家的感觉。沙溪早晚很冷，住在有地暖的房间，很幸福。每天的早饭虽然没有换品种，但连吃两天，也没有吃厌。民宿老板每天都会邀请大家一起喝茶，服务也特别特别好。

Cozy, traditional architectural guesthouse with simple and classy design equipped with modernised amenities. The floor warmer was a bonus especially during winter. Beddings were also clean and very comfortable.
The location of the guesthouse is centrally located within the ancient city, making most places accessible by foot. As with most guesthouses within ancient cities in Yunnan, car access is limited. However the host kindly assisted us with our luggage.
I had a very enjoyable stay and meaningful conversations with the hosts. Anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay in the beautiful town of Shaxi should come check this place out!

很推荐入住，五星好评，地理位置适中，去中心和桥很近又不失安静，很理想的选择，房间乾净空调好，小院环境很不错，宠物友好，早餐也挺好，老板服务周到

This guesthouse is the best place to stay for my whole Yunnan trip. it's far beyond my expectations. It's right off the pedestrian street in the quiet alley. The owner and his wife are Bai and they were born and raised in Shaxi. They bend over backwards making sure that we have a nice stay. From the outside it blends very well with Shaxi architecture. Inside the room is modern and loaded with amenities. Breakfast is simple yet delicious. I feel very safe and comfortable at Shaxi Grain guesthouse. Absolutely wonderful guesthouse. Very good value for your bucks.
** It's best to contact the host before arriving in Shaxi. They will meet you at the meeting point and help you with your luggage.

We love this homestay. We were quite hesitant to book this homestay because we were worried that we might have to drag our luggage into the ancient city. Fortunately the homestay was near the main road and the hospitable owner met us at the drop off point and helped us bring our luggage to the homestay. The homestay was owned by a young couple. It was tastefully furnished, very tranquil n comfortable. Great location, near to everything. We highly recommend this homestay for travellers who want a peaceful n relaxing stay.

Had the most enjoyable week in Shaxi, hugely because of my stay in this cosy guest house. This less than a year old guest house is very centrally located within the ancient city, in a peaceful and quiet location. It is run by a young native Bai couple who are most hospitable and willing go the extra mile to make sure their guests have a comfortable stay. The guest house has blended traditional architecture with simple classy design and very modern amenities. Apparently it is one of the few guest houses in Shaxi that have floor heating which is useful for the colder months. Washing machine for guest use is available which comes in useful for my month long travel.
Breakfast is delicious and nutritious. I had the same noodle for a whole week and didn’t get tired of it! Oh, and the owner made the best coffee for me every morning - it’s truly better than all the overpriced coffees sold in cafes in Shaxi ??
I would definitely stay here again if/when I next visit Shaxi and have already recommended friends to stay here too.
