酒店位置稍微有点偏 但是也很安静 就在江边上 酒店后门出去就是江边步道 超级适合过来度假 在房间就可以看到江景 酒店附近就有很多饭店很好吃 特色鱼头也很鲜 下次过来度假还选你家

这是最近第二次入住本店。整体来説是比较满意的酒店，位置便利，处于城西地段，第二天西走去千岛湖比较方便。酒店位于新安江滨水沿河，晚饭后散步，早晨锻链身体都极为便利。早饭也有特色，边吃边聊边欣赏新安江河景。

Low in european breakfast. Nobody speaks english in the facilities. Clean and nice view

The hotel did not comply with what you would expect from a hotel with that many diamonds. We could not do laundry. Without a Chinese phone number you could not use wifi. The swimming pool was not really a swimming pool and only one of the water baths had a small amount of water. We had to wait quite some time before we could enter the room after the check-in time and the bathroom was really tiny. The staff was friendly and the view on the river is nice from te lobby, but the price/quality was not good. I’ve had better experiences for the money I paid.

When we arrived, the exterior did not quite match the pictures online, but once inside, we were pleasantly surprised.
The hotel was spacious and clean and very well kept.
Xiao Jiang and the staff on the front desk were patient and extremely helpful. They were sure to escort me to my room and check in on me to see if I needed anything.
The room was lovely. Very comfortable main bed and a stunning view. The shower was modern and spacious, and the projector screen TV was a nice touch.
We were given soft drinks and fruit. Which was also a welcome touch.
The second bed was quite hard - the mattress wasn't really a mattress, so sleeping was somewhat uncomfortable.
Breakfast was delicious and varied. It was mainly Chinese with a few Western choices, too.
The pool was a little disappointing. Not quite full and a little dirty, so we didn't go.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

定了两间房，不同的感觉，酒店就在新安江旁，景色非常漂亮，酒店服务态度很好，基本上都是反应速度，唯一的小缺点是因为老宅子改建，没有电梯，但是不影响我们还是很喜欢这个五一的建德之旅

杭州建德雷蒂森怿曼酒店各种设施暗藏高科技，硬件设施一流，房间设有投影仪宽大投影幕带来视觉效果非常震撼，现代化配置增添了科技感。淋浴设备出色，温度适宜且水流强劲。酒店临江而建，晨曦薄雾下的碧波与水墨山水构成一幅绝美画卷，令人心旷神怡。酒店还赠送了水果，饮料。

酒店紧挨新安江，环境一流，风景一流，服务很好，因为带着孩子入住直接升级了亲子房，另外长者房间空调坏了，第二天经理直接给升级了房间，还退了一晚的钱。要説不足，衞生间地漏没做好，反臭气。
