  凌晨入住，出差的体验很好，还有两位贴心的前台小姐姐为我讲解酒店的服务，酒店的圆景白天会比较漂亮，晚上的话看的不是很清楚，如果附近有演唱会的话，那这家酒店简直是无敌，早餐也有当地的特色肠粉麪条，个人感觉肠粉的酱油有点咸，应该专门调制一个带甜味的肠粉酱油，然後呢，酒店三楼的餐厅喝早茶比较舒服，离店的时候也感谢宾客服务的，小蔡，

  This hotel is clean with a good service. Miss Nicole help me a lot during my recent stay. Meanwhile there is no more dinner buffet available and the western breakfast is average.

  The room is big and look nice. It was surprise to have free upgrade room for me. I would like to compliment Minnie from front desk, she provide good service with smile. I will definitely be back for my next visit. Thank you and all the best.

  My first time to stay in Crown Plaza Jiangman Lucy Wang and YeJunTao are very helpful. Love the coffee voucher from the hotel cafe. Would love to come back again.

  Very beautiful and Christmas atmosphere hotel, very friendly and warm-hearted staff, made me and my family feel warm, I really like and thank Crowne Plaza and its staff, especially the manager Nicole Zhu. She really solved a lot of problems for me and was very helpful .Thanks.
