酒店位置很好，在万国广场旁边，房间都很大，还有浴缸，衞生间都特别大。停车位很多，旁边还有熊猫乐园，孩子玩得很开心。自助餐是最值得期待的，东西很新鲜，种类也挺多的，环境也很好。早餐也很丰富。

很好的是马拉松期间涨价不多，比日常套餐少了两张门票，房价贵了几十块。
不好的是餐食很一般，没有什么可以吃的东西…基本早餐和晚餐就是煮个麪吃
顺带在江门吃了很多其他好吃的??

连续三年跑江门马拉松，连续三年选择住这酒店，离起跑店超近，就在酒店门口检录，服务超好，就连清洁阿姨的素质也很高，自助晚餐非常满意，第二天还在 6点前提供自助早餐，**我们跑马的人，太好的体验，绝对是跑江门马的最佳选择！

优点：地理位置好，房间大，衞生好，床品舒适，洗澡水大，地面停车方便，停车免费，早餐品种和质量均可。
缺点：前台某位女服务员态度冰冷，对客人的提问不耐烦，令人感觉不适；另一位女服务员，也不能准确回答客人对衞浴的谘询，都需要更多培训。酒店设施老旧，门不隔音，吹风机破旧。双人间只放一套小瓶洗发水，根本不够用。

We are from Canada and this is our second time staying here. We were here last year with our elderly father in law and we very much enjoyed our stay so we decided to stay here again on the Executive Suite level. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoy the daily breakfast and then the included tea time, dinner and laundry service package which is fabulous and all for an unbeatable price! They even replace a button on your shirt if needed when they do your laundry! The heated multi-functional toilet is nice. Communication is not an issue as some staff speak English or we use our translator app with no issues at all. Amazing service! We quite enjoy the Gladden Hotel.

Room is clean and comfortable. In particular I like the sliding door design in the bathroom. Direct bus to and from HK departs from the hotel which makes it a definite plus. I would definitely come back.

房间空间很大，干净整洁，服务人员素质高，很主动，热情。早餐很丰盛，品种多，个人觉得性价比蛮高。入住赠送的晚餐也很不错，房间配套设施齐全，高清液晶数字电视，5g网络全面覆盖，智能马桶和空气净化器，茶具一应俱全，住起来非常舒服，宾至如归的感觉，有机会还会再订
