送了咖啡券，尝了下，味道一般。但服务态度很好。说送的迎宾果盘没见到，次日跟前台说了，对方只是哦了下，看来培训还不到位。前台主管模样的忙着手机刷屏。房间WIFI连不上，自己流量多，就不去找客房服务了。健身房很棒，下次试试游泳。早餐超值，点赞！

客房还可以，餐厅就不说了，特别的坑人，当地人吃饭不收开瓶费，外地人每瓶白酒收30元开瓶费！太会看人下菜单了，不过还好没有按滴收开瓶费我们就已经很庆幸了……

离高速口高铁站都很近，酒店硬件很不错，游泳池也开放了，很干净。不足是早餐一般，电梯里都有人抽烟，很多服务都有不到位的地方，希望酒店以后能加强培训和管理。

酒店硬件相当不错，房间宽敞还新，游泳池几乎没人，离高速出口很近，唯一缺点是离城区较远，周边没什么配套设施，好在江山不大。

This is a newly open 5 star hotel in JiangShan which is a small city. Located in the outskirt in which not easy to get taxi. Need to book a taxi that is high cost as the meter start from the taxi travel to the hotel and pick up the guest to their destination. Check in early in the morning by the front desk manager who informed that the room is not ready. Ask to rest at the lobby lounge and there was not staff to serve us a drink while waiting. Waited for almost half an hour and there was no respond where I walk to the front desk and told that the room is just ready. In fact I expect that the front office manager to suggest that I leave my luggage in the room so that I can go for my meeting and make my time constructive. The next day I book a high price room and the type of room which I stayed last night had been sold out. I discovered that I have left my phone in the taxi when I return last night. Call the front office and told then to view the CCTV to find the taxi no. Staff informed cannot see the taxi no as the headlight was on. Suggest they either change the location of the CCTV or install another at the back so that they can get the taxi no from the back. The hotel managed to locate the phone in the afternoon of 28th Oct 2015. Came back in the afternoon and rest in my room but nobody informed me that the phone had been found. Also nobody ask me to change room. As the room key is valid till 12 noon I went to the front desk and ask to extend the room key which then the staff told me that I need to change room and also to go to the taxi head office to get my phone. I told them I need to pack and ask them to send me the new room key within 5-10min and also to book a taxi for me. I waited for almost 1 hour and scream at the front desk staff before the key arrive. No doubt the room was nice and clean but it makes my stay very unpleasant having to wait for such long time to change room and also getting my client to wait for me.
