We stayed for one night as our flight arrived at midnight. The hotel offers either airport pick-up or drop-off service. The driver and front desk staff were very kind and welcoming. The room was basic but clean. The location is far from the city centre, so we had to take a taxi.

We chose this hotel based on the glowing reviews and the promised extras like afternoon tea and free noodles from 10 PM to 12 AM. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of expectations.
Upon arriving after 2 PM, we were told our room wasn’t ready and had to wait 20 minutes. While the room itself had nice décor and a comfortable bed, the service issues quickly piled up. The advertised afternoon tea never materialized, and when we went for the free noodles, we were again asked to wait another 20 minutes.
The biggest letdown was breakfast. The selection was limited, but worse, everything was cold, overly oily, and completely bland. The kitchen staff were unfriendly—when we asked for fresh milk (since the coffee machine was often empty), we were ignored. A staff member eventually refilled it but didn’t acknowledge us, not even in Chinese.
The final straw was the airport shuttle. The driver was unhelpful and didn’t assist with our luggage, despite seeing us struggle.
Given the poor service, lack of promised amenities, and subpar food, we won’t be returning.

Great price for value! Nice and spacious rooms with complimentary water everywhere in the hotel. Good location and the Korean street with big choice for restaurants. Small gym and laundry with ironing available. The hotel stuff is very friendly and helpful!
