必须打个满分??服务真预期的住宿体验！
房间乾净整洁，床品超级舒服（睡得像在家一样），WiFi信号满格。前台工作人员超级好，热情又细心。
早餐很不错，家常味道好，最喜欢蛋炒饭啦超好吃ヾ（*ΦωΦ）ツ。
还见到了二蛋和小花。
每次都像回家一样很舒适～

这是我第二次来到胶东机场转机，不同于青岛市区的匆忙与公式化接待，这家酒店的服务总是让人感到真诚与亲切，无论是接到电话即刻出发，帮助装卸行李，开车平稳的接机司机师傅，还是我们晚上10点到达酒店以后冒着寒风，身穿单衣工服出门迎接的abby，都让人感到无比的亲戚，宾至如归这个词在此刻得到了诠释。
真诚，是装不出来的，也是培训不出来的，唯有在员工的选择时进行相应的考量，并保证考量者也具备这样的品质才可以做到。
第1次住完酒店写这样的长评，是因为我切实地感觉到了这些在岗位上工作的同志真诚友好的品质深深打动了一身疲惫的我，abby看起来也很疲惫，司机师傅似乎左腿有些不便，但他们的微笑和真诚的话语一定会温暖每一位选择这里的旅客！最后，我建议酒店管理方可以进一步优化工作排班安排，让每一位真诚劳动者可以得到充足的休息，在保证身体健康的同时，更好的服务每一位匆匆的旅人。

Service was great, location was nice too. They also offer transfer service to the airport which is really convenient.

New hotel near Qingdao airport, offers free pick up and drop off service. Very friendly and helpful staff, room were extremely spacious and good amenities. delicious breakfast with many veggies dishes and sweet fruits, make sure to ask for the big shrimp noodle. It’s delicious! Oh, there are 2 friendly cats in the lobby. A very happy stay.

The reception staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They prepared tea and a late-night snack for us, and even surprised the children with little gifts the next morning. The room was spacious, comfortable, and made our stay truly enjoyable.

Room is super nice, especially the bathroom. Beds were very comfy and they had memory foam pillows, which were amazing. There’s a robot room service too.
Location is very good, only a short drive from the airport. There’s a free shuttle service to the airport. They also do free pick-ups from the metro station (Jiaodong), as it’s a little too far to walk if you have luggage. There can be a wait for the pickup, as it’s only one driver with a mini-van. We ended up waiting for over half an hour when they initially said 10 minutes… so probably just pay for a Didi tbh.
Staff were generally polite and helpful. My only complaint from the stay is that the receptionist messed up my airport shuttle booking time. Booked me for the 7:40am shuttle instead of 11:40am. Admittedly 7 could maybe be misheard as 11 in Chinese, but we’d had an entire conversation about my afternoon flight and how early I should get to the airport! I ended up getting woken up by an unwelcome early wake-up call from reception and couldn’t sleep well after that. Would stay again, but probably unplug the phone next time just in case
