胶州喜来登酒店地理位置优越，周边美食购物一应俱全，太方便了！工作人员Rita贴心细致，主动提供帮助，让人倍感温暖！床品柔软舒适，一夜好眠，强烈推荐！淋浴水压充足，热水稳定，洗去一身疲惫！入住还给升级了行政大床房??恰逢平安夜预订了胶州喜来登的自助晚餐??自助餐菜品也不错，还抽到了奖品，第二天的自助早餐品种也非常多，发现很多韩国人来这边旅游住在这里。

这次入住体验非常舒适，每一个环节都值得称赞：
前台 & 礼宾 - 温暖高效的第一印象：
从踏入酒店的那一刻起，就感受到了家一般的温暖。前台员工办理入住高效迅速，脸上始终挂着真诚的微笑，耐心解答所有问题，特别鸣谢前台Emma经理专业热心的态度值得点赞??；礼宾部的小伙子们更是眼明手快，主动上前帮忙拿行李，并且在我们每次出入时都热情地打招呼，真诚友好??
客房 - 舒适安静
房间宽敞明亮，一尘不染，床品柔软舒适，细节处处到位：遮光窗帘效果极佳，保证了优质的睡眠；淋浴水压充沛，热水来得很快，设施齐全完好；
餐饮-种类很多
早餐的种类挺多的，中西都有，符合口味的早餐给人能量满满的一天；
健身设施和泳池也是一大亮点：
健身房器械齐全先进，晚饭后去健个身，充满活力，游泳池水质清澈见底，环境优美，游上几圈能洗去一整天的疲惫；
交通 -无缝衔接的便捷：
酒店的交通位置极为便利，距离机场很近，很方便，位于胶州市中心，商圈便利；
最后还要表扬一下总机，每次拨打过去，响应都非常迅速，无论我们询问什么，都能得到清晰、准确的回答，让人倍感安心。

Was assigned to a room with faulty toilet door, got the reception to change it for us and they did it quick for us. Appreciate the quick help!

Hotel facilities and service were all very good. The outdoor pool was bigger than expected and overall the hotel and rooms are very spacious. Not much to do around the hotel but it was a short walk to the nearest mall with an ok selection of shops and restaurants. Thanks to Tina on reception for her help too!

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say the experience was very enjoyable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A special thanks goes to Emma, who was a tremendous help in resolving an issue with an item I had left behind at the hotel. Her professionalism and dedication were truly commendable. Thanks to her, the problem was quickly resolved, and I was able to enjoy my stay stress-free. I highly recommend this hotel and appreciate the excellent service!
