酒店位于古镇北入口，地理位置优越，环境不错 ，非常有文化底藴 ，前台服务周到 ，登记后会直接带领去房间 。如果没有出现楼上一大羣人整晚打牌大声吵杂，拖动凳子等吵闹声，害得我们晚上十一点左右还得换房间，就比较完美。

酒店在景区里，傍晚五点后进入免门票，古镇入口在施工，要从出口进，左转就是酒店，门口可以停车，地下车库可以充电，慢充！酒店很大，房间免费升级了！精选房，有个小冰箱…但是基本不制冷！房间大概很久没人住过了，门后还有蜘蛛网，房间整体还不错，还有个小院子！吐槽下酒店早餐…不太好吃关键是吃完我们二个大人拉肚子了…还好小朋友没怎么吃…真的糟心…对于住宿来説OK的…但是早餐不行…

地理位置： 西塘景区北门口附近， 离主街也不远。
衞生：中规中矩，肯定要比里面的民俗好一点。
服务： 一般， 到景区门口购票的时候，保安告知酒店帮忙购票可以有优惠， 直接购买 95， 酒店代买是70。 但是，酒店的前台和服务可能嫌麻烦吧，电话里完全没有提及， 提前一天电话确认入住只是告知需要购景区门票才能进入。 一直到我自己打电话要求，才帮满买的，然后再景区门口等了十来分钟才能进入。 入住当天明明有挺多空房， 也拒绝给我们升级房间。（好吧，这个确实没有这个义务，只是顺带提一句，但是以 明天有客人入住为理由拒绝我们的 我也是挺无语的。 明天有客人入住？？？ 哈？？ 你要不要听听看你自己再説什么？？？ 你们酒店是安排房间都是隔天安排，一天入住 一天打扫，哈？）
早餐： 种类不多，餐厅很小， 位置很少， 最好9点前去用餐，否则要等位。 我一边吃着麪条，一边还有家长带着小孩在我边上等着我们的位置，我只能匆匆吃两口就作罢，这种体验谁懂啊。 虽然餐厅也有室外的座位。但是大冬天的，真的没人愿意在室外瑟瑟发抖的吃早餐。
总的来説，入住体验很一般， 服务水准也不太好。

We stayed 1 night. The hotel is very quiet, nice and clean, the staff is very kind. We will come back.
It’s easy to reach, few meters from North entrance and 5mn walk from main canal and one of the pier to do the cruise tour

Location was perfect. Inside scenic area
Next to entrance. Free entry after 5pm. Room was great! Breakfast buffet spread could be better. Not much varieties. Check in process abit slow due to only one worker at reception. Overall great stay! Would def come Back again!

The room is nice, location is good. The only issues is not tourists friendly. As there no phone in the room. Hence if u are international tourist may face issues to get the reception and connecting to their wifi is horrible.
As said no issues for rooms, location and service staff. Just that not tourists friendly where you bring elderly pax and no phone to connect with ppl in other room and wifi connection also and issues.

The initial courtyard room was not satisfactory as it was noisy. However, upon feedback, Ms Cai was proactive in quickly moving us to another room that was nice. Reception by the two ladies was friendly. Service by Ms Cai was especially warm. She also helped with my luggage after checkout and accompanied us to our car at Xitang’s gate. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located in a convenient and accessible location, just slightly away (a short walk) from the main thoroughfare so it was peaceful. We will not hesitate to stay here again :)
