第一次入住这家酒店，选择了行政温泉大床房，给的房间是朝南的，风景观感很好，房间里还带有私汤泡池，足不出户就可以泡温泉哈哈，很美妙的一个感觉，这里的服务也很不错，不管是设施方面还是服务方面，整体来説都还是不错的~

服务：入住前就有云宝管家添加微信，分享了吃喝玩乐等周边一系列，很感谢。特别是吴小梅和姚晨茜的服务，很好很贴心，谢谢。
房型：此次家庭亲子游，我们一行是三大一小，行政温泉亲子四床房妥妥的满足了我们每一位。有2张1.5米的大床和一张上下铺。特别有小朋友喜欢的滑滑梯和私汤（见图），很满意。
餐饮：吃了度假区里面的、酒店餐厅的、温泉里面的，整体尚可（这个就看个人感受咯）。
主打：温泉，此次重头戏。
周末的人流量真不少，当然是大多数觉得舒适咯，哈哈（见图）。有玩乐区域、有泳池、有室内外，可以各取所需。
另外，每晚有个贴心问候（水果+手写纸条），很有仪式感（见图）。

HONGJING FOURS SEASONS HOTEL is a very nice hotel with hot springs and pool. Room is clean and spacious. Staff are also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed the stay very much.
Warm welcome before arrival with mr liu. Very fast response in answering all the questions.
Nice room with private hot spring bath tub in the room. We wish we could stay longer.
Want to send special thanks to vincent wang yupeng who make our stay more smoothly. He helped out with all our enquiries.
Outdoor hot spring is not in the hotel but next door. Very closed.

房间的基础设施是齐全的，但有些小细节不太顺手，电视机的遥控反应有点迟钝，换台得按好几次才能响应，摸索了一会儿才弄明白。早餐的种类不算少，但入住那天人特别多，需要排队。电梯间的指示牌有点不显眼，同行的朋友还走错了方向。这些问题不算严重，也没影响核心住宿，但确实拉低了体验感，希望酒店能留意这些小细节，後续加以改进。

It was a great stay. Room condition was good. Especially, the employees in reception had great attitude. Hot spring was also enjoyable. It could be a wonderful choice for family.
