周末入住嘉兴福朋喜来登酒店，前台小姐姐热情接待，考虑到有长者出行，安排在同一楼层，并升级了河景房。客房宽敞明亮，临窗即见京杭运河。酒店早餐品种丰富，就餐环境大气乾净。步行可达三塔公园，三塔路银杏观赏正当季。地理位置方便去各个景点。酒店还暖心提供延迟退房和免费停车服务，是家庭出游的优选。

Although the property itself is clean and well maintained, the management is extremely poor. The hotel reflects agency-related disputes onto the guest, which is unacceptable. There is a lack of courtesy and no sense of customer priority. This is a hotel I would never choose to stay at again. Additionally, there is no easily accessible shopping mall in the surrounding area.

We did not experience any problems during our stay. The facilities were clean and tidy. The buffet breakfast was quite good, with a satisfying variety and quality.

So we were hosted by a receptionist who spoke 5% English, which is something you wouldn't expect from a Sheraton hotel, but he was friendly and trying his best, which was okay somehow. However, the annoying thing was that the breakfast was terrible! Again, staying at a Sheraton hotel and paying that much per room in China, you'd expect to have a continental/western breakfast. The food was mostly Chinese, the crowd was ridiculous, and half of the dishes in the buffet got emptied within minutes, and when we asked for cheese or something to be refilled they'd just say Meiyou Meiyou which means no or not available in Chinese lol. Then, the funny part was the health centre/pool. Which is one of the selling points we went after, that they have an outdoor pool so we could chill by it after a long trip. They had only 4-5 poolside beds, which wasn't enough, especially when you have such a big space/pool and they were obviously occupied! And when we asked for two, guess what? You get the Meiyou Meiyou again, lol. Finally, the cherry on top, there are no towels by the pool or entrance of the pool! Guess where they've put them? Close to the reception at the lobby! So, literally, you'd have to go down to the lobby wearing your swimming shorts &/or bikini to grab a towel and go up again to the pool, which was ridiculous, stupid and just doesn't make any sense. So yeah, I'd wouldn't recommend any foreign to stay at this place in Jiaxing whether for business or leisure. I normally stay at Hilton, which is perfect! But all their rooms were booked so I had to book this one. Never again! The one and only good thing about this stay is that the room is huge for such price, but what's the point if everything else was sh.....

We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival.
The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek.
During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests "Romantic Theme" for the room, the request, was promptly approved.
Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area.
Her service was prompt and professional.
She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday.
The check in process was efficient.
We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty.
She was friendly and welcoming.
The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in.
In my experience, the "Restaurant" is the "heartbeat" of any successful Hotel.
A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business.
Fortunately, that's not the case for the "Eatery Restaurant" at the "Four Points by Sheraton" in Jiaxing.
The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do.
The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money).
The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard.
Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant.
If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the "Beef Wellington", it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date).
Compliments to the chef/s in this regard.
Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant.
Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around.
As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back.

We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service.
I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly.
Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard.
Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available.
We can recommend the "Four Points by Sheraton" Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic.
We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel.
