酒店工作人员非常热情，刚到店，工作人员就送来茶水和冰糖葫芦。刚把行李放下，又有工作人员送冻梨。入住过几十家希尔顿各种级别酒店，这是我体验最好的希尔顿酒店。喜欢吃本地冰糖葫芦的可以找孙明月或者其他同事。??

酒店的氛围非常舒适，房间干净整洁，让我们住的非常开心，感受到了高品质的住宿体验。感谢接待员杨丹丹和前厅部经理，服务态度非常好，非常热情，能及时满足我们的需求。早餐挺丰富 酒店还有健身房，这次来去匆忙，下次有机会来吉林，还会选择这家酒店。

Good accommodation. The breakfast is very good, lots of variety, the rooms and amenities are complete, even the staff can't communicate in English but try to be very helpful. Recommended.

Enjoyed our stay here. We requested to change room due to cigarette smoke smell in the first room. Eve was very helpful with our check in procedure and answered all our enquiries professionally. Hotel is clean and breakfast selection was great too. Would definitely recommend family and friends to stay here.
