A座21层江景房超美，告庄夜景迷人，房间和衞生间很大很乾净，中央空调制冷静音，电梯好多好快，早餐品种全，服务主动，大堂副理cici刘乐儿全程帮助入住和续房。
江景房室内是能略微听到外面广场声音，但是声音很轻啊，不影响休息～
性价比无敌的酒店，下次还会入住～

设施非常旧，环境跟5星完全不能比，就是一个快捷酒店的档次，设施连快捷酒店都不如。除了保洁阿姨很客气，19-23号连续住了五个晚上，任何服务没有提供，调整房间加价1600，这个平时300不到的酒店，真是不值得。

酒店规模挺大，老旧酒店，门及家俱还是落伍的枣红色，墙纸起皱脱落，房间一股説不出的味道，找服务员来喷了空气清新剂，味道还是怪怪的。还是不能住这种挂五钻的老酒店。

性价比很高的老牌五星，周边没有大路很安静，对着一个小公园。离江边夜市步行七八分钟，去哪里都很方便。非节假日不到300，还给升级了～还要什么自行车，推荐。

因为带了小宝宝，没有选择金塔附近住宿，担心太吵，酒店的看烟花视野非常棒，特别感谢cici的热情接待，因为元旦客房紧张没有升级房型成功，但兑换了早餐。

酒店位置很好，交通便利，劳边有沿江大排档，河对面就是星光夜市，白天夜晚都有无敌风景。酒店没施中规中矩，这次安排的房间没设不错，中式布置，直面对岸无敌风景，员工服务态度还行，如果管家服务再跟上，早餐的品种品质再提高些就完美了！

I visited Jinghong aka Xishuangbanna n March 2025 for a weekend vacation. I'm an American female solo traveler with very basic Mandarin skills and it was not a problem to have great service at this hotel. Jade works at the hotel and was incredibly kind and helped me with everything. Her delightful service made my whole experience go from very good to excellent--she is a valuable asset for all English speaking guests.
The room was clean, spacious and had a nice view at a reasonable price point. I could walk to Manting Park and take a quick Didi to other tourist attractions. Empark's prime location next to a large golf course gives the hotel a serene feeling, yet you're still close to all the action and can see the beautiful river and neon buildings from the glass elevator.
The hotel food is decent, and there are some nice local touches like having a tea room in the lobby as well as a big night market within walking distance (everything at about half the price of Gaozhuang).
Warning--no pool as of the date I visited although the website says they have one.
Overall, very good location and quality to price ration, with Jada's outstanding service elevating
