  Very big structure in the middle of the valley near the river. Panorama is very good and structures offer a good selection of activities. Food is very good and rooms cleaned and quiet comfortable. Many people inside. Better going with family

  云裳管家服务好 全体工作人员细致体贴 整体环境很好 景色优美 度假区设施完善 入住第一天就遇到机器人送来的小童用品 对小孩来説是个惊喜 还和机器人一起乘坐电梯 孩子特别喜欢坐小火车 餐厅的饭很好吃 以后还会来

  第一次来丽水，住了超级好的云度酒店。超级棒，风景好美，羣山环绕，设施一流，谢谢云依管家的贴心服务，从一开始入住前到退房，有任何事情都第一时间解答。下次还会再来。

  整体感觉挺不错的，里面配套设备也比较齐全，私人管家一对一服务非常好，私人管家云容服务非常到位，帮忙协调解决很多预约和路线等，整体比较满意，特别是对管家云容的服务。

  非常满意啊！春假带小朋友来玩真的太正确了，人少，服务到位，酒店里有自助餐省的我来回跑，早中晚三餐都解决啦！建筑超美，忍不住拍照，每一处都精心设计，期待六月份二刷！那云管家云享还送了小朋友游戏币，小朋友玩的不亦乐乎，赞??

  The problem with this hotel is that there are just too many interns from the school! Out of 10 staffs probably 9 are interns! With that, the service is downright bad.. beside this, the room was in a very bad state too.. When we entered the room, there were water all over the place! (See photo) It was like someone had a shower in the room. We informed the front desk and an intern came with a mop.. unfortunately she was not efficient with it and I ended up cleaning the floor myself! The buffet at the restaurant was not much to be desired! During breakfast, as there were no more bread, we requested to have some bread.. Unfortunately, it took them more than 30 minutes to get the bread and by then we had leave.. understand the hotel wants to save costs by hiring students from the school but please train them well!! This is one of my worse stay in a hotel ever..
