位置很好，离沟口不远，可以步行前往。可以在酒店对面的停车场内免费停车。楼下吃东西也方便。现在感觉九寨沟的住宿价格在国内景区中算偏高的，可以参考旁边两家全国连锁酒店。

带滑梯的房间 小朋友很喜欢 房间很乾净 刚开业不久比较新 理县是一个很好的休息点 火锅非常好吃 早起的市场卖东西的很多 老板给的苹果很好吃 早晨又在当地买了点 好评 民宿很棒

【地理位置】：95分 距离沟口步行10分钟，门口方便扬招出租车10元。沟口最集中最热闹的购物/餐饮/住宿区域。深夜23点灯火通明，凌晨6点楼下米粉店营业中。早餐/夜宵都不担心，连隔壁瑞幸都能用团购券??
【衞生】：80分 就房费性价比而言，个人觉得真的不错。特别是高原不适宜淋浴的情况下，真的太推荐了！我定的是亲子房，反正就睡一晚，白天都在景区。房间空间是够用的，衞生间洗脸有24h热水，有一次性毛巾牙刷，床上用品乾燥整洁。但实话实説，不能和全季这种连锁品牌酒店比较，一分价钱一分货，平常心。
【服务意识】：98分！我们是扶老携幼来九寨沟黄龙玩。第一天23点到，第三天早上6：10出门。提前有和前台电话沟通，所以小姐姐特别帮忙，每次都开车接送至月亮湾直通车集合点。 这段路步行预计10-15分钟，但店家贴心接送，真的帮了大忙。感恩！

首先地理位置很好，位於九寨沟大门西边1.6公里，步行过去只要十几分锺，并且处於商业区的核心部位，吃饭购物非常方便。酒店大门醒目，非常好找。不过内部条件有点达不到预期，是一个民宿类客栈，设施比较简陋，没有毛巾浴巾，只有一次性的那种。电热水壶坏的，电源插座也有坏的。好在床铺比较乾净，洗澡水也足够热，总体还是过得去。

The owner of the hotel was extremely helpful. As you know tickets and transportation going and back to Jiu Zhai Gou is extremely difficult. When we had problems with ours the hotel owners helped us all through out with buying bus tickets and van rentals. Thank you so much to 老板 for all the help!

Where do I even start. The only great thing about this hotel is the location. Its fantastic. Right in the middle of the scenic tourist area and less than 15 minutes walk away from Jiuzhai National Park. Dozens of shops and food options within 5 minutes walk away.
Now the bad points.
The wooden floor panels near the toilet were starting to peel off, probably due to exposure with water. The whole toilet layout was also weird and cramped. The windows look like it hasn't been cleaned for months.
While the room and bed appear clean during check-in, the room service staff didn't bother to clean the bed and floor during our 2 night stay. There were still stains on them. She only topped up the amenities.
The towels provided were of the disposable kind, and even then, they were small for adults. What kind of 3-star hotel use disposable towels.
The kettle was rusty and the inside was stained. Absolutely disgusting.
The walkway near the elevator leading to the rooms was dark. There was no lighting at all. So was the stairwell. The carpet along the corridor also looked filthy and look like it hasn't been cleaned for several months.
I really do not get how this hotel can be regarded as a 3 star hotel. Its unfit. Definitely avoid booking a room here.

酒店房间挺满意，离景区入口走路可大达，边上吃饭奶茶足浴都有，非常方便。亲子房四个人住刚好，衞生也不错，浴巾洗脸巾都是一次性的挺好，下次来还要住这里

优点:酒店位置不错，离游客中心步行约10-15分钟，吃饭，购物都很方便。
不足之处:设施比较陈旧，衞生间面盆前的地面喜欢积水，不小心就把脚打湿了；烧水壶一倒水就顺着壶嘴漏水，弄的桌上地上到处都是；房间不明显的地方有明显的积灰；提供的一次性洗脸巾和洗澡巾感觉特别廉价，很薄，手感又硬又粗糙；服务一般，仅仅能做到有问有答，谈不上热情周到。（时间仓促，没有拍很多房间照片）
总体感觉:硬件和服务都不值房间的价格。希望有需要的朋友谨慎选择。

没见过这么差的，，服务也很差，显示有接送车，打了几次，一直说没有车，走过去拖着行李．．哗，那叫一个累，去到店，一句不好意思也没说，也算，上去房间，那才叫一个吓**的节奏，以下看图不知怎么形容，之前网上看小小间的怕，这间真的超无意，交卡的时候也没人，反正就是服务没有，卫生没有，环境没有，而且也不便宜，越近时间时要七八百．．如果想挑战自己脾气可以试下，我花那么时间发评论可想…
