设施：设施不错 就是房间有些冷，高反了回来睡的有点冷
衞生：衞生基本过关。
环境：比较有特色，但离景区不是很近，酒店有车接送比较方便。

带父母和孩子来玩九寨沟，到了大巴车停车场联系客栈就来接我们了，师傅特别热情，看着我们有老有小，就説玩九寨沟出来也送我们去车站，真的太棒了，到客栈老板给我们发了攻略，房间里长者泡了脚，打开电热毯和空调，好好睡了一晚，幸运今天去了想去的景点，没下雨，出沟师傅如约来接我们去客车站，还把行李都带上了，太贴心了。

老板人好好～包接送景区和车站，很热情。客栈的藏服体验很不错哎，衣服挺好看的。
房间衞生乾净，装修很有特色。床品舒服，有电热毯，有空调，晚上睡觉就不冷啦。
早饭是合作的餐厅，很近，走路1-2分钟吧，早餐挺丰富的，鸡蛋牛奶小菜都有。
小bug：衞生间地漏女生长发洗头有点容易堵。盥洗盆和水龙头的位置有点问题，用水会有水流到盥洗盆外面。

The front guy is so helpful and supporting me and my friend when I checked-in. Breakfast was nice and I like the interior of the restaurant. Room is big and clean.

The location was close to Jiu Zhaigou entrance. Their driver will take you to the entrance and pick you up again. The breakfast was pretty good. The beds were a bit hard. The room was clean. The owner gave an excellent tour preparation for Jiu Zhaigou, telling you where to get off and on the park bus.

We are international (Australian) so this review will help if your visiting from overseas.
Very clean and cute hotel, the owner was honestly the best! very hospitable and friendly. They provide lifts to and from the hotel as needed. (To the national park, restaurants, bus stops etc). There is a washing machine and dryer free to use, really handy if you are backpacking.
It's not walking distance from the national park but it's close and the lift service makes it super easy.
The restaurant which provides the included breakfast is just down the road. The food is honestly great and they have vegetarian options for all meals which is great if your vegetarian or over eating meat for every meal.
Only thing to consider is the rooms are smoker friendly. Its disclosed on the booking information so don't be surprised. We don't smoke but didn't mind as the room didn't smell. Very clean

It is located not walkable distance from bus station and main entrance of Jiu Zhai Gou. However, the bosses are very helpful in transporting to different locations which compensate that.
Especially grateful for the transport after a long day walking.
Heating is good in the room.
Breakfast provided needs to walk 3mins with a steep slope.
Definitely will stay here if I visits Jiu Zhai Gou.
