  第一次来凯里，住了评价很好的文旅嘉途，确实很不错，价格不高，服务很好，前台看我们带了小孩。主动为我们升级了小套房。酒店虽然时间有点久，不是那么新，但是该有的全都有，配套很好，美中不足就是无线wifi信号不太好，这个要改进一下。

  酒店布置优雅大气，现代装饰与在朴典雅相结合，又具有苗族风情特色。房间设施齐全，网络电视办公一应俱全，衞生十分乾净，让人入住轻松舒适，服务到位，还有机器人为你送外卖，想吃什么特色小吃，网上点好，即刻送到。地处市中心，交通又好，是旅游入住的最佳选择，非常满意！

  1.酒店的洗衣机把我朋友的羽绒服洗坏了，烘了三次里面的棉絮还是结块了，最气人的是污渍还没有洗掉。还有，第一天大半夜希望前台帮忙拿一下烘乾的衣服，被拒绝了，我同意自助应该自己取，但是态度应该要好一点吧。 2.第一天入住的时候，想使用小冰箱，酒店前台告诉我小冰箱制冷是10-20度，第一次听説，大离谱，告诉我这是保鲜作用，10-20度也不保鲜啊。 3.隔音很差，能听到周围房间的声音 4.楼道里有人抽烟酒店也不管（可能是地理文化差异） 5.酒店号称环保，但是我们第一天用的拖鞋，牙刷，梳子什么的直接都扔了，也不知道算敬业呢还是什么，个人觉得有点不环保了。

  位置很C，走不了多远就是中博步行街，大什字一带，方便打卡各种美食，购物商场，还可以看传统老街区的生活气。 我这次幸运体验到了升级服务，住了个套房，太大太舒服，这几天凯里有点冷，房间里面空调开着超暖和，床也很软很舒服，各种基本设施使用细滑，房间里的大客厅可以让我宽敞地吃外卖，高楼层的良好视野我也可以放心拉开帘子看城区街巷。 早餐在4楼，食材挺丰富，我最喜欢粉，有酸汤和牛肉汤两个汤底，但调料好多，一顿加得十分开心……

  We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. When we checked in they upgraded our room to a business suite. This was so unexpected and we loved it! It was so comfortable and provide the perfect amount of space so when one needed to work in the evening, the other person wasn’t disturbed. The en-suite bathroom was fantastic - the dual vanity was perfect for both of us to get ready at the same time. Also, it had a massive bathtub and separate shower- great for those who might want to unwind after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and it had great sound proofing. The only drawback was that the AC didn’t work well in the suite- even though we tried to lower the temperature, we weren’t able to bring it lower than 25 degrees. As it is summer, being able to lower the AC would have been helpful as it did get a little stuffy in the room at night. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. From recommendations on how to visit several of the villages we were interested in going to, to recommendations for specific Guizhou dishes to try at the night market, they were so kind and pleasant. The day we checked out it was pouring. The staff were kind enough to lend us umbrellas so we could go for a short walk to get coffee before our trip to the train station. The facilities were great and well maintained. A good really gym with lots of equipment / treadmills/ weights etc so you could work out. It closes at 11pm (as does the laundry). They only have 2 washer/ dryer combinations so while laundry is free to do, it could take a while as the shortest wash cycle was approximately 30 min, and then you still had to factor in dry time (as it’s the same machine). The hotel is located in the center area so there are lots of shops, and huge underground mall, night market, parks, cafe and bakery all within walking distance. As it’s centrally located, it’s very easy for didi to find/ schedule pick up. We loved our time in Kaili and our stay at this hotel. We will definitely return for a second visit!

  Amazing hotel for thr price. Great location for shopping. They let us check in early. The staff helped us with our miao vilage visit.

  Location wise, very convenient. The staff was very polite, especially the technician who helped us with the laundry machine! The gym facility included free weights/ bench which I highly appreciate! The rooms were very spacious and the cleaning staff was very quick with their jobs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay (3 nights), highly recommended!
