优点：前台服务好，房间设备新、空间大，有室内温水游泳池、健身房，酒店位置方便，早餐味道还不错。
缺点：早餐餐厅空间较小，用餐高峯期期间，餐厅比较拥挤，碗盘收拾比较不及时。

酒店没问题，环境没问题、设施设备没问题，唯一有问题的就是倒霉遇到一个餐厅女服务员施欣怡。大家过去可得多注意观察她。给客人翻白眼到天上去，安排早餐一直晾着你。瞧不起谁呢？人人平等，本来没有看不起服务员的想法。遇到她。绝了。感觉她会让洲际丢人现眼。还好携程客服给我处理了问题。其他经理也不错。遇到这样奇葩真是影响心情。从来没有随便投诉过一个人。我喊点菜你翻我白眼，我喊买单你翻我白眼，我一句话没説。当是她眼疾。没想到第二天又遇到她。服了！算个鸟啊她??????

The hotel was beautiful and conveniently located. The housekeep who came knocking on our door had food in her mouth - totally bizarre and unacceptable. The stay was very comfortable and the restaurant was wonderful, too. Their microwave was 3000 watts, so we couldn’t sterilize baby bottles and had to go to a convenient store nearby late at night….. I wish it offered more baby friendly amenities.

It’s such a good place to go very good service mind. The hotel is so clean with the good hospitality. Tha facilities are very good and convenient. The location of the hotel is very near mall and shopping place. The food also excellent we are so happy there and planning to go back again.
