这次入住经典和式两中床房跟朋友一起来庆生，还享受了行政礼遇可在25楼享用下午茶还有饮品任点(可到22：00)，早餐可以选择在行政酒廊用餐或选自助餐，这次是第2次来住承亿酒店，觉的比第一次开幕时来住更好，下次有机会再来放松一下。

建筑物出色，地理环境好，工作人员接待高素质，房间设备乾净舒适宽敞优雅，楼层服务快速到位，孩子们尤爱泳池戏耍，非常满意的一次旅游住宿。

The location is a bit tricky as it take around 10 mins walk to the closest station, Thus we normally take taxi to travel around the City.
The room is very spacous and love the little Japanese Tea Corner!. They also provide free drinks and snacks which refilled on daily basis!
House keep is alright, the bed sheet is not really properly made and Room Service is a bit slow for a 5 stars hotel standard.
Yet overall staff with good attitude and helpful.
Facility is on point, really big Gym Room with a good variety of gym quipment. Swimming pool view is stunning, yet if you decide to get a tan, it may not be right for you as it is covered even though it is an outdoor swimming pool.

It is situated rather close to airport, hence a bit far from everything else, especially good food. However is of walking distance to some major Japanese department store.
The main thing of note is the lobby is situated on the 25th floor. One take one lift up to lobby and then another lift to rooms every time.
The rooms were spacious, but the bottom of beds were not vacuum for days. Amenities were minimal and do not reflect on price of room. Electrical sockets were limited and USB sockets don’t work. Many of the decorations in the hotel or the rooms are not suitable for kids. The building itself seems new as many shops at low levels are not open or only at certain times. Hotel staff didn’t mention or introduce the surroundings at all during check-in.
House keeping staff were courteous and hard working. Lobby staff was not friendly. Reception was spent most of the time reminding rules, rather than welcoming. Their lobby bar is a cigar bar and the reminded me they only have expensive whiskey and no wine by the glass. The staff from tea place with the stunning view of the city reminded me they are closing soon. The ground concierge was not welcoming nor helpful except for one girl who nodded every time we enter the building. The pool staff and lobby staff corrected my mandarin a few times.
Lastly, the was an incident at the pool, as I heard a boy stepped on a piece of glass. There was a lot of blood. I cannot comprehend why there was a piece of glass not cleaned by the pool. There are two restaurants by the pool and one of them was a bar.
Overall, it is a nice hotel. But the software is far from up to par or this price.

无边泳池很大风景超级美。只是5月的水还有点凉。
房间里面准备了好多很贴心的当地小零食。工作人员都非常nice。健身房也是器材丰富、一边赏景色一边锻链、超级舒适。
早餐种类很多、照顾到有不同需求的人。
下次来高雄还会想来住看看。
戴森的吹风机吹到一半会停掉亮起红灯、不知是不是需要保养。房间里面没有体重秤、前台也没有、需要行李称重的顾客会有些困扰。
住宿要先搭电梯到25Fcheck-in才能去到房间、反之出门游玩也需要先到25F在转乘另一部才能去到1F、有点麻烦。

Very good hotel living environment. Lots of varieties of books and comfortable reading environment inside hotel. Clean housekeeping and good services. Large bed and size of room. A small dining area inside the guest room provides a relaxing place for reading or afternoon tea. Beautiful swimming scenery. Morning breakfast with lots of varieties and buffet is also brilliant. Will definitely visit again on the next visit to Kaohsiung.
