  房间和所有美居酒店保持一样水平，干净舒适。重点要说服务，真是太好了，从客房服务到早餐厅服务，都很热情亲切。尤其是前台的维族女孩瓦吉古服务热情、真诚，让我和我娘都好感动，居然要冒雨带着我们去找酒店附近的烤馕店买馕，还特别耐心的帮我们协调房间！非常感谢她，对喀什的整体印象很好，她有大大的功劳哦!

  用了积分和信用卡优惠比华住会APP便宜一点，位置非常好，我们第一天住的丽呈酒店看评论说位置好，结果发现斜对面的美居离古城更近、视野更好，步行几分钟即到人民广场和古城入口，房间里正面可见古城，定了两间两晚，给我们升级了一间家庭房，也多送了一份早餐。前台和客房服务的维族姑娘态度都很好。缺点就是房间的马桶有点味道，花洒不是品牌的感觉不符合美居，花洒把手部分有点脱落；还有早餐和公共设施是和楼下的桔子共享的，人很多，如果想便宜一点可以直接定桔子。

  房间内的图片就不展示了，这个房型的视野是真的完美，虽然第一天来天气不太好但是不影响入住。 酒店提供的机场接送机，酒店前台会主动联系客人，司机小哥也准时等待服务热情。 酒店前台办理入住也很顺畅，特别想表扬下前台瓦吉吉，因为家人是外国人就给我介绍了很详细的外籍关于办理边防证的建议和流程，帮了我们很大的忙。还有，退房回京后发现相机内存卡丢失，麻烦瓦吉吉返回房间找了很多次，虽然至今也没有找到但还是很感谢她的帮忙。 总之酒店地理位置很好，无论坐车还是步行去到任何地方都很方便，下次再来还会选择这里。

  We stayed two nights separated by one night in Tashkurgan.The best part of the first day was spent locating an agent to provide a car and driver to Tashkurgan. My wife and me were sent to the Kashgar Tourist centre beyond the airport to apply for a Border Travel Permit to Tashkurgan and astonished to find the place closed being Sunday 24th June. Staff at the reception were all friendly and enthusiastic. Only two lifts served both Orange and Mercure which were inadequate. Mercure provides free pick up and sent from anf to airport but requires 4 hours advance confirmation. We requested sent off to airport for 1005 flight to Chengu. Staff confirmed reservation for two leaving at 0800 which is too early for breakfast at hotel. So an arrangement was made for wake up call, picnic boxes to takeaway. On 26th morning, the short bald old man probably working as bell boy scolded me why I am alone at the lobby at 0752 and that there are other guests waiting in the car. Fully seated by 0755, we discovered that the rush was to pick up another passenger for the one remaining seat in the 7- seater! We had to travel west to Tianshan road, pick up the last passenger at Hanting Hotel before making east and north to Kashgar Airport. The experience totally spoilt my day, wiped out any good feeling or impression with Mercure and never mind about the promised packed breakfast boxes.

  Good location just outside the old town. Hotel has been fully refurbished inside. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is very welcoming and tries to help out for reservations, itinerary etc.

  Good location close to the ancient city and the big streets. Nice service, we got free fruit each day (and yoghurt which they didn't put in the fridge?) but the disappointment is the smoke smell. Rooms a little bit and elevator often.

  I think Trip.com has mistakenly overcharge me for rooms, total 2 double 1 twin. booking No. *********** and *********** The room charges should be much less, please check.

  The Mercure is very new. The facilities are ultra modern and extremely clean. It is just opposite the old city and it has a couple of nice restaurants just around the corner. I was able to walk everywhere. I dont speak Chinese so it was difficult to order the airport shuttle on the phone before I flew in. With patience it was ordered and I was met by two delightful and kind staff. I was checked in and shown to my room and shown how to use the controls for the lights and curtains snd given directions to find a meal. The next morning wasnt so good. I wanted to find some places and order an airport shuttle for my return. The day staff ignored me, then when I finally got their attention and my translator didnt work they walked off. I got my translator working but no one would serve me. Finally I changed desks and the woman started serving me but everytime a Chinese speaker came in she left me and served them. After the 3rd interruption I walked out. I would have liked to have known how to work the tv and order service but it wasnt worth asking. I did ask where the Tourist Information Centre was and was told there wasnt one in Kashgar. They were wrong. There is one in the old city. I got a map and asked where the hotel was. They marked the wrong place. All very frustrating.

  The room is very clean and it’s so close the the ancient town. There are so many restaurants and beautiful place to take pictures near by.
