温馨的服务，从开始预订的谘询，到接送机，包括每天的服务、大厅的乾果、每天的欢迎水果，服务的都非常周全，特别听説接送客人的车都是老板特定的和自己的坐骑，非常感谢一直联系照顾的ManSon ，感谢酒店的所有人员。

入住喀什希尔顿欢朋酒店体验非常好，从入住当天再酒店前台ManSon跟我主动联系，询问我对房间房型和楼层的要求，优先为我排了高楼层，免费升级房型。因当天从乌鲁木齐飞往喀什的航班不断延误，酒店工作人员ManSon也时刻跟我联系确保飞机起飞保证了接机的顺利。酒店的工作人员都很热情，安娜快速为我办理了入住，和蔼可亲很温馨。 整体体验都非常不错。

酒店的设施都很不错，工作人员非常的热情，前台ManSon办事效率很快，认真，从接送机服务到帮忙拿快递到谘询当地办事所需的材料都很快的帮我落实清楚了，对於出差的旅客很方便。整体都非常不错，宾至如归的感觉直接拉满。

Love this hotel, clean and new facilities. Everyone was friendly and helpful especially Manson who help arrange a driver for our day trip to Lake Karakul. Highly recommended hotel. The breakfast spread had a wide variety of local food. There is free self service laundry facility. The hotel provides free airport transfers. The hotel is about 15rmb taxi distance to most tourist sites.

Everything was really perfect except for the most important thing: sleeping. At night (~4am) the vibrations of really loud music could be felt in bed. From the morning (~8am) onwards, we were lying in very loud drilling sounds coming from one of the rooms nearby. They were so loud you could not hear each other speaking in the same bed. Most likely a coincidence, but it was bad. For the rest: all clean and good value.

Greatly appreciate the airport pickup even when we arrived at 0100 hour. Hotel staff Alan is so friendly and helpful. He suggested to us a few great shopping places like 香妃 where the locals do their shopping. Emily is so kind to allow us to have late check out. Have a wonderful and pleasant stay in this hotel.

Great stay at the Hampton. Everything on point. Most comfortable bathrobes and high pressure rain shower. ~ 25元 ride to old town area.
Grateful for late check out and airport pickup (despite late arrival). Will gladly return!
