前台办理入住的Kyle细心解答问题，并贴心提醒住宿出行服务，酒店床品也比较舒适但万怡不提供自助洗衣，餐厅早餐也相对丰富，退房的Hailey也非常热心！

从阿克苏过来，前台办入住的Hailey服务专业??，还介绍了周边吃喝玩乐的地方，酒店很新健身房设备齐全，泳游池也能使用水也很乾净，下次还会再次选择这家.

前台Hailey，相率高，热情和咖啡吧的午後阳光一样。 第一次入住，已经喜欢上这里。 咖啡吧的姑娘做的咖啡也很棒。每天坐一会儿。晒太阳。南疆的冬日暖阳。太舒服了。

新的酒店，整体环境相当乾净舒适，大厅设计气派有质感。房间十分宽敞，住起来很放松。位置稍微偏远一些，不过打车很方便，所以出行基本不成问题。
比较可惜的是，晚上大厅一楼餐厅的食物味道，对气味比较敏感的人可能会不太习惯。除此之外，服务人员都很友善有礼，让住宿体验加分。淡季价格也相当实惠，性价比不错。

酒店对接人员Alice服务态度很好，热情大方，细心周到！酒店位置就在鸿雁广场附近，周边虽然开发配套还没完全好，但很安静，体验很好！房间内就可以看见永安塔，夜景很漂亮，清晨也可以到鸿雁河边散步，是个非常不错的酒店。

前台小哥非常热情，不但帮忙帮送行李，还升级了房间，新开的酒店，还有装修的味道，房间里安放了空气净化器，开窗就是大公园。酒店设施新且齐全，衞生乾净，床上用品非常舒适，唯一不足可能是新开的酒店，部门间磨合不到位，预订的早餐不能及时安排，最後草草的打包了几个酸奶。不过还是五分好评。

酒店设计超乎预期，无论建筑设计还是装修的硬装软装，都堪比艺术品，实属万豪旗下最有设计特色的酒店之一，非常值得入住??早晨丰富，酒店乾净衞生。

We expected the usual no hassle smooth check in from a Marriot group hotel. We arrived late at night and the two staff at the reception wanted so many trivial informations, not to mention the slow service. This was our 8th hotel for the Xinjiang Trip and the most irritating check in process. They could have the courtesy to let us go to the already paid rooms while checking thru the details or at least offer us a welcome drink
The dining place is huge but so is the number of guests omg. There were not enough table, coffee machines were trickling slow
We expected a nice stay at Marriot but we were disappointed.

We stayed at Korla Marriott for seeing the populus tree. Marriott made our trip and stay so convenient and easy. As we entered the front door to the hotel, we really liked the soft ambient music and the fragrance. We want to highly commend the exceptional service of Kyle at the front desk, he helped us with making our stay wonderful!
The breakfast is a must. We ordered the breakfast buffet for both days, and it was delicious - fresh fruit , yoghurts , salads , meats. It’s full of Korla flavours! Theres a great view to the courtyard from the dining hall.
We liked the small touches of detail in our room, a stoneware vase, some paintings and clean bedding and bathroom.
All in all an outstanding hotel, with friendly staff , new facilities and great food.

对於国际连锁酒店前台员工的工作对客人要求如此敷衍，我建议开掉他！！你们有个同事专门加微信跟进询问了住宿要求，我特意説要尽量高一点的楼层，我定的高级双是3-6层，前台一个男员工告诉我给您升级了家庭房在2楼。我以为真的升级了呢，其实是一样的房间，多了点卡通画。让两个男的住卡通房间，这就是国际连锁的待客之道，完全忽略客人要求！！房间除了矿泉水没有别的。最逗的是我在洗澡时看到墙壁上有两瓶护发素没有沐浴露，还要让同事帮忙叫人来送，我在淋雨间洗了15分钟！
