  衞生：衞生情况可以，会按时打扫 服务：工作人员态度都挺好的 看酒店是23年开业的，但入住还是会有点味道 多开会空调会好一点。 位置离双子塔很近，步行10分钟左右就到了 酒店对面有咖啡店和便利店，很方便，打车也很便利 生日还布置了房间 很贴心

  Room cleaning service needs to be more consistent. Sometimes my water is refilled, sometimes it’s not. Goes the same for slippers, toilet amenities.

  The Hotle is very strategic near klcc. The breakfast is good and quite some selection. But the cleanliness of the room and place can be futher optimised. Rooftop pool has great view.

  There is only one person at the counter and the checkin is slow. But checkout is smooth. The door guard is very kind and helpful. It is worth the money.

  ??洲际旗下的酒店，总是很优秀，酒店地理位置很好，离双子塔步行10分钟，打车也很方便。 ??酒店的房间设施很好，床品舒适，早餐丰富，游泳池在高层，看出去的景观无敌的漂亮。 ??説説酒店的服务，也是挺满意的，遇到的每一位都很友好。

  Excellent stay at Crowne Plaza KLCC. Mohammad at the front desk was exemplary with assisting us with early checkin. Would highly recommend.

  This hotel is excellent and would definitely book it again.The staff were excellent food brill breakfast very nice there was nothing to fault . We had lounge access and the snacks were very nice especially the cakes some I've never had before. But it'll make me want to book it againthats for sure. And nearly forgot great value for money.
