Everything is good with this hotel. I can’t be thankful enough for choosing this place and I will want to continue staying here if I come back.
Pros: Nice, clean and modern ambience. Amenities are almost complete. Need to bring ur own toiletries though coz no toothbrush provided but that is not an issue for my family. Might as well deduct that to give us a cheaper pricing with a good stay. Very close to nearby mall only a stone’s throw away if u need to eat or buy toothbrush, a good pharmacy is only a few steps across the hotel. The common area is a plus point, we can eat together and wash our plates, can even cook if u want there is a communal kitchen provided. But pls clean after urself. Laundry ks easy to use, no need token only scan their qr code to pay. Ironing facilities also provided in laundry area. Everything is good in this place. I have everything I need.
Cons: rather far from city centre and public transport only by ehailing. Lrt station a bit of a walk and difficult to navigate. But ehailing is no prob. Infinity poil is quite narrow and small, my daughter is used to olympic sized pool and she is quite disappointed but luckily not too many ppl were there during our stay so we can have the pool to ourselves and only a few others. Still a good place to hang out.

Very unprofessional reception service! Bad service.
Arrived at the hotel 6:30pm, very slow check-in and the reception told me have to wait 30min as my room is still not ready! I paid and reserve the hotel room one week before with check-in time 14:00. After 30min, I get my room, but when I went up to the room, the house keeping guy just start to clean up my room, what are you doing guy?! Go back to the reception to argue with them, at the end the supervisor said “upgrade” my room. I booked for “Dreamer one plus studio”, the hotel said upgrade to “Thinker two type 1”. Actually, it is not upgrade, it’s “DOWNGRADE” my room!!!
I travel the whole day, just want to have a short break, I have no choice and have to accept it.
First time and will be my last time stay at this hotel!
Never ever!!

The room is very clean and cozy with a very great view facing the highway and the Tower 118. However, there are no amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste, and room slippers. No iron and iron board are provided as well. The only amenities offered is a 2-in-1 body wash+shampoo. The breakfast menu is somewhat disappointing, featuring sections for noodles and porridge, eggs, Malaysian food, toast, fruits and salad, and drinks only. The swimming pool area is a pleasant and relaxing spot to unwind, while the gaming room provides entertainment.

经常出差就会来到这里居住，挺好的小户型房间。楼上还是有公寓。没有瓶装水，都是接饮水机的，但也总感觉不太好。希望能提供瓶装水

最近一直在这边住，这个酒店地理位置好，周边配套齐全，有超市，有food city，有喜面，很多中国菜，旁边还有个KL，就是屋里面有些潮湿，一直干不了

Hotel can be checked in after 2pm and the receptionist were all kind and friendly. The check in process was less than 5 minutes considering the one who attended me was a trainee. The swimming pool and gym is at the same floor and the infinity pool was outstanding following the breathtaking scenery. It was raining a couple minutes and due to safety reasons we were told to leave the pool but after the rain stopped, we continued. There's also a lookout point at one floor above the pool for resident to check out the view of the city. In addition, there's no complaint about the room as our room is clean and comfy. The water pressure is fast and bathroom was clean. The room is basically inspired by Japanese space efficient concept. Its compact but you have everything you need in the room. The building is calm n quiet plus we also feel safe in the environment. I would definitely go back to enjoy and spend time over here. P/s:there's a check in kiosk (by yourself) but it wasnt working. But considering there is less time waiting in the queue at the receptionist, it was fine.

The stay was very satisfying, with check-in available even upon arrival at 11 pm. Both check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient. The room was clean, and even the smallest room provided ample space for a solo traveler. Although there wasn't much opportunity to use the facilities due to attending an event and returning late, the pool view was beautiful. The shared ironing station was convenient for multiple guests to use at once. Unfortunately, only one dryer was available as others were out of service, so washing and drying clothes wasn't possible during my stay. The Starbucks kiosk in the lobby was under maintenance, but a café at South Link was just a five-minute walk away. The location felt very safe, even late at night. Highly recommended, especially for solo female travelers seeking a budget-friendly hotel in a secure environment.

环境很舒适，楼下商场有很多餐厅，有泳池健身室，房间很舒适，如果枕头不要太高 及不要太回弹，就完美
