A great centrally located hotel. The rooftop pool is great, and the hotel has easy connections to the monorail, KTM Lines, LRT, MRT and malls. Check in was slightly delayed but staff were nice and we were compensated with snacks.

Always the first choice due to the location. It was my pit stop to the airport as my flight was the next day. Connected to the public transports hub. Highly recommended.

The service is quite friendly and really helpful. My son of 18 visit the hotel and the receptionist is really nice to take care of him

Good location near KLIA transit . Good n shops easily access. Room is big n clean . There is an Aloft rooftop bar with night view n music . Recommended

Excellent location. Minutes from KL Sentral transportation hub and connected indoors. Directly connected to Nu Sentral (shopping mall) too. Free parking at hotel for guests. Great breakfast spread that focuses mostly on local Malay and Indian cuisine with some Western and Chinese options. Thoughtful for the restaurant to provide takeaway cups for hot drinks. Room size is sufficient for big luggages. The view from some rooms may not be ideal as they face another building, thus requiring the blind to be perpetually down for privacy. Service is good, professional and friendly. Front desk staff Diaa was especially understanding and helpful with my check-out request. All in all a great stay and one that I will surely check into again.

整体：除了为了交通方便，整体风格过于像快捷酒店，价格和大华以及帝国喜来登一样，性价比一般。价格多是位置的溢家，也没行政走廊。
设施：设施相对简单，房间布局很现代，浴室都是推拉门，更像快捷酒店风格
衞生：衞生很好，万豪的品质，很乾净
环境：在中央车站边上，非常方便，边上就是大商场。就是有点乱。
服务：服务品质没得説，万豪白金，给了高层房间。早餐印度抛饼很好吃，品类也很丰富。

Having stayed at this property previously, I noted that the current room configuration felt somewhat constrained for a party of three adults. While the room was equipped with two queen beds, the available floor space was limited; we found it necessary to store our luggage closed to maintain sufficient room for movement. Unfortunately, due to persistent rain during our visit, we were unable to utilize the rooftop pool facilities.
However, the dining experience remained a highlight of the stay. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of options, with a notable selection of beverages including multiple coffee machine specialties, Nescafe Tarik, Masala tea, and Teh Tarik. Additionally, the quality of the dim sum was excellent and added to an overall positive culinary experience.

I loved my stay at Aloft including the breakfast. Rooms are super clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The best thing about this hotel is that it is connected to a metro and a mall. Most touristic places are between 5 to 10 min distance using a cab. Its a pity i only took 2 pics, my room view and the pool area.

酒店在中央火车站，坐火车，MRT都很方便。去机场可以搭乘火车，28分钟就到了。酒店设施还可以，早餐也比较丰盛。

酒店位置好，和旁边商场及火车站有通道，出行方便。前台服务特别不错，入住退房都很专业。就是房间衞生每天做的品质不一样，楼顶的无边泳池和酒吧都很好。白天窗外火车道有时会有点吵，夜晚还好。
