  服务态度很好 位置极为方便，离地铁MRT7步行10分钟不到 处于市中心，离双子塔不远，步行可以抵达，大概需要20-30分钟

  第一晚的房间靠近电梯太吵了，一晚没睡好，要求携程退房未果。我自己到前台换了一个房间，远离电梯，不吵了。酒店的地理位置不错，周围吃饭很方便，步行去双子塔或独立广场都很方便。 早餐还可以，自选各种地域特色。 前台服务不错，很礼貌热情。

  房间不大，但是都还算乾净，前台有位女士很专业。就是早餐的麪粉需要自己煮，只有一个锅回等很久。出行比较方便。就是高峯堵车太厉害了！附近吃的很多，亚罗街也很近。

  房间内非常乾净，给我挑了很高的楼层，洗手间内防水性很好，位置也不错，是一个很好的选择服务更是一流，前台的员工特别好

  房间很好了，离双子塔很近，离商场也很近，周围有小吃街，离地铁站也很近。房间衞生很乾净，前台也很好，有中文前台，沟通很顺利。

  Quiet room on 20th floor (top floor). Good breakfast Pasta combo (pasta, dessert, juice) a bargain at 29.90 MYR (dinner) Late check-out till 2pm was posdible in my case

  I like everything about this hotel. Great location, nearby to places of attractions and most importantly there is a nice coffee shop next to the hotel. Comfy room and got splendid breakfast. Sadly, they don’t have variety of chicken dishes. I bet there are a lot of chicken lovers out there. The staffs were helpful and friendly but got some communications error on wifi due to their english accent i guess. Some noises outside around the corridor can be heard sometimes but it doesn’t bother us that much. Last but not least, we stayed there in total of 3 persons in one room but the amenities provided initially such as towels and toiletries only for 2 persons which the staffs responded straightaway after requesting them. Overall, we had a nice stay and surely will come back again in future. Thank you Holiday Inn Express for making our trip enjoyable !

  This hotel is a WONDERFUL place to stay- the Location is GREAT- the facilities are EXCELLENT- the staff is WONDERFUL- and the food in the hotel restaurant is MAGNIFICENT and INEXPENSIVE. When we travel to Kuala Lumpur again THIS HOTEL is where we will stay. Thank you soo very much.
