Room is very nice and spacious. Residence itself is great but breakfast is a little strange as the restaurant is located in another building and variety is minimal. Not what is expected from Ascott especially when other Ascott are not like this. It seems like breakfast is outsourced. This is really disappointing. Didn’t enjoy the breakfast one bit especially when I recommended my business partner to stay at Ascott.

带孩子出行旅游，这个酒店在中央车站旁边，按着前台的説法其实可以从车站穿过商场走到酒店，但我拖着行李带着孩子确实不想瞎找了，车站打车过去酒店9马币。作为公寓酒店乾净整洁，还有一个厨房，锅碗齐全，还配备了好几包速食麪。

Wanted a hotel near KL Sentral but this hotel is near but not directly connected and had to walk on the roadside with our luggages to reach.
We took a cab to KL Sentral when going back to our hometown.
Maybe would be great for the younger ones but not us senior citizens.
Overall, was a pleasant hotel stay with lovely room.

The location is near the brickfields, which is often referred as "little India", there you will have access to many South Indian restaurants and shops. Convenience stores were also nearby. The reception first gave us the wrong room, which was currently undergoing housekeeping. Then we were given the correct room and we stayed in. There was a a bit of smell in the room, but we turned on the aircon fully to let the smell to minimise. Breakfast was good. Location is also near to train station, KL Sentral. Could get a direct train to or from airport by just 35 mins

位置尚算适中, 近交通枢纽, 可直接到达机场！房间舒适, 服务人员亲切友善.设施亦齐全, 价位亦适中, 不错的选择！

I was amazed. the room was so big and complete with utensils and appliances. There is a stove, complementary coffee and most of all, the bed was well kempt.

Staying at this hotel apartment hotel in Little India of KL Sentral was an incredible experience! The location couldn't have been better, with an abundance of restaurants, supermarkets, and malls just steps away. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Our spacious rooms were well-equipped and impeccably maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay for my family. The only downside was the somewhat limited breakfast options, but everything else was absolutely perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to others.

一切才都很好，巴士站四通八达，比地铁方便，楼下就有广场食嘢，又乾净，职员都好有礼貌，泳池靓，下次去嘅话都会拣呢倒，抵！

旅馆空间很大，很多设施也都有，符合期待甚至超过，但是热水器的水不够热，每天都像在洗战斗澡。冷气机的声音也比较大声，如果怕吵的会很介意。
旅馆给的卡片明明就有路线地图，还未出发前朋友帮忙讯问怎麽走，得到的是复杂却不好走的路线
