The room was not fully prepared upon arrival, as slippers were missing, and an empty coffee sachet was left on the tabletop. Additionally, I noticed a significant amount of hair on the rug, despite it being black.
I would like to highlight that, as a Muslim, I use the rug for prayer (in addition to placing my own prayer mat). Cleanliness in this area is therefore particularly important to me. I have stayed at many hotels and usually do not encounter this issue.
Lastly, I would like to mention an experience at the breakfast hall. One of the staff members, wearing a chef’s hat, appeared stressed or tired. When I politely asked for my sandwich to be cut, there was no verbal acknowledgment or basic courtesy, such as a smile or a simple “sure.” While I understand that staff may have personal challenges, friendliness and professional courtesy are standard expectations in hospitality and could benefit from improvement.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The customer service was great. The room was clean and tidy. The only drawback was the buffet breakfast which had less variety compared with other similar price range hotels.

酒店设施保养好，床铺毛巾系5 星级质素。服务人员态度友善。邻近KL Sentral 站，搭火车28 分钟就到机场。附近亦有一个大型商场，超市及日用品都可以在哪里买到。?

I went to leave my luggage early in the morning, and the front desk staff were very helpful, asking the housekeeping staff to prepare my room as soon as possible so I could check in early at noon. This was a very pleasant experience. The room facilities, internet signal, swimming pool, gym, and sauna were all very complete. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Stayed for 2 nights. Lovely room, good size, amenities in the room were great, the shower gel smelt amazing.
Pool was a good size with slide, jumping platform and jacuzzi.
The breakfast was one of the best I have had during a stay anywhere, great selection and staff.
If in KL and using KL Sentral this is the place to stay. Such easy access to the MRT and shops.
