酒店地理位置不错，离机场也不是很远，早餐也很丰盛，酒店泳池也很乾净，酒店房间也很新，下次来可以考虑再入住他家！

This was our first time staying in a Sofitel Hotel. We chose to stay at Sofitel Damansara in Kuala Lumpur because it was close to a wedding venue we had to attend. From the moment i stepped out of the car when we reached, there were Sofitel Staff members greeting us and asking if they could help us with our luggage. There is always someone to greet us and open doors for us. Check in process was a breeze. We stayed in one of the suites with executive lounge access. The room was perfect. Water is served is glass bottles. They give a complete set of toiletries and amenities. They even have shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers. The food served in executive lounge is also scrumptious. Free flow drinks and whatever they serve. Breakfast was amazing too. So many options. Before you enter the dining area, they even serve immunity booster shots. What a great way to start the day. You can ask for fresh fruit juices. The hotel is also attached to DC Mall, and walking distance to the new Pavilion Mall. My husband and I are simply blown away. We will be coming back for sure. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bed was a little soft for me but no big deal.

酒店非常美，服务非常好，有要求必应，非常周到和贴心，前台有位小哥会説中文叫小林，服务非常好，山上有猴子小蜥蜴很原生态????????

While my stay at the Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara was generally enjoyable, there were a couple of hiccups worth mentioning. Upon arrival, we experienced a delay in check-in, and the reception seemed overwhelmed, prioritizing foreigners over domestic guests. Additionally, during dinner, we encountered an issue with the prawns in our noodles, which were unfortunately rotten. However, the staff promptly replaced the dish with fresh prawns upon our request. These instances, while inconvenient, were swiftly addressed by the attentive staff, ensuring that our overall experience remained positive.

Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful.
Bedroom are very clean with comfortable beds and with good view. Breakfast Buffet are superb with variety of foods!
Convenient location and the DC Mall is just next to the hotel where you can find convenient stall and choices of restaurants. Recommend!

很好的体验，房间乾净整洁，就是服务员比较慢，需要提高地方。还有就是角落的灰尘和污垢需要进一步体改一下。

离市中心有点距离，位在吉隆坡富人住宅区Damansara，前往MRT站可以步行经过Pavillion Damansara 的地下通道，还算方便。
