Everything was great. Check in was a breeze. The room assigned was at a higher floor with a good view. Very clean suite. I would come again in future.

房间很大，虽然设施有点老旧，但是服务态度很好。距离双子塔步行仅需要5分钟。附近也有大型的美食广场，榴莲店。

Perfect location! Big Apartment Room! Very friendly hotel staff. Nice roof top pool! All in all a great and amazing stay at Ascott of you plan to come with your family.

We are two families of 7pax going for a weekend overnight outing. We checked in an Airbnb with 4.95 rating and to our horror the place smells like sewerage, human waste in toilet bowl, curtain falls of rail, stained bedsheet etc all the horrible things you can think of. It was a nightmare, definitely not a 4.95 experience. We left the place in disgust and in the hurry to find new place to stay, by luck we found this gem online. Mind you we stayed in many of the 4-5* hotels in the kl golden triangle area and i don’t know why we never thought of Ascott KL even though we frequent Ascott Penang. The other hotels were good, but for the size of my company, this place is perfect! Some may say the design is from the last season, but we don’t mind it at all. Its clean, has great facilities, spacious, absent from foul odour even in the toilet. That’s all we ask for! Shoutout to the team especially Ms Shahira who listens to our story sympathetically and went above and beyond to turn our disastrous day back into an enjoyable one. We’d probably return soon!

Location for the property is good. However, we go a unit where Aircond is not that cold, after we feedback to the front deck, they arranged another unit for us, and the residence manager come personally to our room for apologies

Convenient location near KLCC (8 min walk). Service is great, rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Note however that the restaurant is currently under renovation.

卫生间马桶上还有没清洁的污渍。订的包含早餐的房间，结果早上餐厅不开门，前台就拿了一点食物给我们。明明4个人，只拿了2个人的早餐。根本不够吃。简直差评！

不值得这个价格，太旧太破了设施，竟然还不提供饮用水。早餐是送上来的，超级差，很难吃。房间里的物品都很旧很旧，不知道什么年代的，吹风机都吹不动。
床很小很硬，没见过那么小的双床，再也不会订了
