Contacted hotel upon arrival at airport and they quickly arranged for pickup. The room is clean and comfortable. Toilet also clean. Bed is very comfortable and managed to sleep well. The breakfast is also sufficient.
There are shops and restaurants around the hotel. The reception is also very helpful and friendly.

出国旅游，我去过欧洲、澳洲、非洲、中东二十几个国家，住四星级酒店。昆明长水国际机场维也纳国际酒店，设施、服务，与之接近，或可与之媲美，而价格却比它们低得多，是值得信赖的酒店。今後出行，维也纳国际酒店，将是我特别在意的选择。

离机场很近，还有接机服务。前台小姐姐笑容亲切，办理入住迅速。房间乾净整洁，床品舒适亲肤，一觉睡到自然醒。窗外视野开阔，夜景很美。特别点赞早餐，品种丰富，尤其是现煮的本地特色米粉，味道很正宗，强烈推荐给朋友们，下次来一定会再选择这里！

设施：房间还是挺乾净的，就是那个毛巾啊，我分辨了一下，不是脏，是旧，特别旧，真的可以退居二线当抹布了。
早餐挺差的，种类很少，我照的就是全部了，和别的维也纳差的挺多。
服务：有不是説态度不好，就是前台服务都****的。很抱歉，我也找不出别的形容词了。早餐那里的服务员都挺好的。

在昆明做回程飞机选的这个酒店，有送机场服务，挺好的，准时发车，酒店服务也很好，衞生连锁酒店标准，是和??其他酒店共用一栋楼，所以电梯是分开的，只有一个可用，餐厅也是共用一层，早餐一般，容易走错，整体还是满意的

Location was good but the room smelled of cigarettes. I think they ignored my request on the app so maybe, have to repeat it when you check-inn.
The room really was spacious and I liked how it was designed. It's just the smell when I opened the room.

Overall great experience as it was near the airport and there are shuttle service available which makes it convenient. The suite we booked were very spacious.
