酒店地理位置优越，离地铁一号线近，过个天桥就到了，坐地铁两个站就到斗南花市，附近有最大的衣服批发市场。服务员态度也很好，他们家还有机器人送东西，非常方便。

We are first time in Kunming, and first hotel was nice , clean and comfortable, near by metro station, all around convenient to have a dinner or lunch. Close to flower market.

This hotel is located in a building which has to share elevators with others floors. It makes me feel not safe. Not much things around this hotel to eat or see, you have to take 30 minutes subway to downtown or attractions. Taking about the room, it’s big and new with voice commands. However, the voice commands control the air conditioner which makes me crazy. You have to say the correct words to control it. After I checked in, I have tried many times to operate the air conditioner but it did not work for me. I called the front desk, they send people to control but still didn’t work. After many times trying, he figured out the correct words to say. OMG… if you don’t speak mandarin, don’t stay here.
Another big problem is cleaning, see the pictures that I posted, they never clean the floor. I never heard sound of vacuum, the floor still dirty as the first day I checked in.
The breakfast is simple but cold, even in the heater. Don’t know why.
Overall, it is okay if you don’t mind the problems that I mentioned.
