客栈房间非常有民族特色，我们订的是一间带阁楼的，这是一件纳西族风格的房间，房间内把纳西族的东巴文与一些特色全部装进了房间，看的出老板很用心。工作人员也很热情，下次有机会再来体验一下其他民族的风格

Overall, the stay was highly satisfying and definitely worth recommending. We were initially drawn by the ethnic characteristics of the hotel when booking, and after checking in, we were truly impressed by the warm and professional service, well-equipped rooms, and convenient location. Given that we were traveling as a family with elderly members, the staff patiently helped us upgrade and adjust our room type until we were completely satisfied. The breakfast offered a nutritious and varied selection—the traditional pot milk tea comes highly recommended. The hotel also provides a complimentary ethnic photo experience, which aligns perfectly with its cultural theme. Its location is another advantage, within walking distance to several city attractions, and the lively atmosphere downstairs adds a touch of local charm, somewhat making up for the minor drawbacks of being housed in an older building (such as sharing the elevator with neighboring businesses).
整体住宿体验非常令人满意，非常值得推荐。最初预订时，是被酒店的民族特色所吸引；入住之后，则被工作人员热情专业的服务、舒适齐全的客房设施以及便利的地理位置深深打动。考虑到我们是一家老小出行，酒店员工不厌其烦地为我们升级并调整房型，直到我们完全满意。早餐选择丰富、营养均衡，特别推荐他们家的罐罐奶茶，味道十分地道。酒店还提供免费民族服饰拍照体验，与整体的民族特色主题非常契合。地理位置也是一大亮点，步行即可到达多个城市打卡点，楼下充满浓郁的生活气息，这也多少弥补了酒店所在老旧建筑带来的一些小遗憾（例如电梯需与周边商户共用）。

带家人来昆明，订了这家民宿，很有特色，我们住白族风格的房间，孩子很喜欢，设施很全。服务印象很深，入住时前台小哥主动帮忙把行李搬到房间，看我们带了孩子还多送了几瓶水，很贴心。民宿位置对游客来説确实好，去主要景点基本步行就能到，带长者孩子不折腾。整体来説，是服务周到、住得舒服的一次体验。

The hotel is located very near to Kunming Old Street as well as several shopping malls. The room is clean and well decorated. The hotel staff is very responsive and helpful. They will contact you before arrival to assist with finding the hotel and luggage.

Location was convenient as walking distance for few tourist location. Only have to carry heavy luggages to room location. but can pre arrange in advance for hotel staff help carry and guidance to hotel.

Came to Kunming with my 6 years old. We didn’t know the hotel is inside the mall so was a little lost. But staff were very kind to come out and fetch us to the hotel. They offered to carry my big heavy luggage up to the room. That’s giving the extra mile service.
The room is very culturally designed, amenities are very sufficient and breakfast is healthy and local taste. Overall I’m very happy and pleased with their friendliness and very hospitable.
The hotel is near 2 attractions where we managed to walk with baidu map help. You can check it out too. The hotel is also very near to Kunming railway station just 15-20mins cab down.
