前台小姐姐服务态度超好！我们是家庭出游，可能是因为最近淡季房间不紧张，就给我们免费升级了家庭房，住的更加舒服了。房间卫生干净，各种硬件设备都没啥可挑剔的，反正出行来说，丽枫是性价比之王！????????
然后早餐也不错，种类也足够。
但是我要吐槽下12月8日早上餐厅的女服务员，杂粮蒸笼的点心只剩2个，我让她补一点，她说要拿完才能补，我们3个人，你只剩2块，根本都不够啊！而且在早餐高峰时段，又不是只有我们三个人，还有很多其他客人排队拿呢，她不应该保证充足分量供应吗？她补充后还要时间加热煮熟才能吃！来昆明的大多都是游客，很多人赶紧吃两口就要去赶行程了，一早上被她那副欠她钱的样子破坏了心情??

The location is very convenience to explore the city by Metro and Bus.
There are many restaurants and convenient store around the hotel and Walmart is just a block away from the hotel.
The young lady at check in counter is very nice ,friendly and helpful.

酒店位置不错，交通很方便，门口就有地铁站，打车也非常方便，自驾免费停车，位置很特别，好在酒店提前短讯通知，不然真的有点难找，早餐还不错，下面条的男厨师态度不行[捂脸]

出门一直都喜欢住丽枫酒店，房间很大，卫生干净，有智能窗帘，电视也比较大，还可以投屏，让人感觉很舒适，前台服务也很好，房间和官方的照片一样干净整洁，价格也很实惠，很不错的酒店。

酒店位置非常好，地铁就在门口，坐上地铁四通八达。门前是主干道，打车方便，旁边是保利商圈。房间宽敞，床品洁净。前台两位小姑娘和晚班的大哥热情好客，有求必应，斗南花市买的花，奖励前台了。

酒店位置在市体育馆出口附近，到西山公园和五一路都能坐地铁，翠湖只需要骑共享电动车很快就到。酒店卫生各方面都算及格，还配备了洗衣房，但是缺少挂晾衣服的杆子（不是挂衣柜里），而且衣柜里有个变电箱，窗外目前还是个工地，酒店也准备了耳塞，电梯是公共的，楼下有本地茶饮四叶咖。

Room is large & comfortable, though somewhat worn, floor uneven & carpeting definitely needs replacement.?
Breakfast was better than average, coffee was available. There were construction noise across the street, starting early morning. Location is good, metro station is right at same block. Lots of eateries nearby.

Subway, Walmart, Convenient store nearby. Front desk service helpful courteous. Free use of washing machine and dryer.
