跟他们的slogan 一模一样，住的跟家里一样舒服。家里有啥设施这里基本上都有。烫衣服的，洗衣服，微波炉…
服务周到！把我们一大家族的4间房都安排在同一成。但是每个房间好像都是可以吸烟的（虽然我们已要求无烟处理也喷了很多次空气净化剂，但烟味一时半会儿也散不掉??）。 接受不了的可以向前台换房间，不能保证下个房间无烟味…我们就中了两个都有哈哈哈哈哈哈….楼道有时候也能嗅到浓浓的烟味??，因为其他房里有猛吸??。
旅游的话倒是还可以，因为是短暂住，大部分的时间也不在房间…我们可能很倒霉吧……
没啥声音的问题哈，之前看有人评论隔音效果不好，説实话，挺好的…我是浅睡眠的人….
This stay really lived up to their slogan of wanting you to feel and travel at the ease of your home. Free washing machine to use （cannot wash undergarments）, and there’s steam iron, microwave in the stay. Do take note that cigarettes smoke smell is present should you not be very lucky, as other rooms that permits smoking are arranged in the same level. You mainly smell it at the common aisle though. However, I do think that all room are permitted to smoking or people just do it despite warnings. I had my first room kena the smoke smell, then second room upon changing kena again. Did spray tons of room freshener but nope, no cure la. Where got so fast can disappear ??. Else wise all good!!!!

环境：位置也很不错，环境也很满意
服务：真还不错，挺喜欢的。
前台态度不错，小姐姐有耐心。停车场停车方便，周边也很方便，还有一家过桥米线特别有特色！下回来肯定还会选择！性价比高，早餐可以被满足！

酒店的地理位置很好，自驾过去非常的方便，因为小宠物得了重疾，需要给小宠物打干细胞，所以入住了这家酒店，酒店有自己的停车场，停车方便，酒店的房间很大，设施齐全，工作人员礼貌热情，酒店早餐品种丰富，厨师也非常周到还询问客人常住，是否有喜欢的菜品可以单独给做，而且酒店还是宠物友好。

好的地方：房间比较大，我们订的房型适合一家三口住，而且房间椅子比较多，酒店的普洱茶好喝，早餐还可以，大厨很热情，还推荐了鲜花饼，点赞??。
不好的地方：我觉得服务还是有所欠缺：1、前台提前打电话问询问是否需要把床准备好，这个准备了，还问了孩子的是否准备小童的，我説要小童的，结果去了都是大人的……2、现在属於旅游淡季，但是我们下午14、15点回房间还没有打扫……於是我们就想算了，就别打扫了，水和纸巾没了，让前台给送，前台居然不给送，让上前台自己拿去……全国各地住这麽多酒店，还是第一次下午这个房间还没打扫的……3、最不推荐的就是新装修的味道还是蛮大的，进电梯就能闻到。

Great stay! Clean room, comfy bed, huge smart toilet and friendly staff. I really loved that they have a nice gym room and laundry room with detergent provided. Would happily come back again.

一如既往的好，酒店提前会给你打电话询问入住有什麽要求，房间升了级，客房、餐厅服务都很好，如果説一定要挑个毛病的话就是咖啡差点意思??

I am a Chinese-American from California and invited my sisters travel along with me . We had a wonderful stay in this Home2 Hilton, panlong, Kunming, Yunnan Province. It is so clean, room service is available any time upon request, everyone is so nice with beautiful smiles always. We especially loved the breakfast, lots varieties, both Chinese style and western food, What impressed me most was that the employees in the restaurant are very warm and considerable. They know we love the flower pastry and even let us take out some on our last day there. I am grateful I stayed there and will come back next time.

多次入住，在昆明市里面，这个价位这样设施齐全，干净卫生，宽敞舒适，丰富的早餐，大厅24小时免费咖啡机饮品供应，宽敞的停车场还有充电车位，这个价位目前没有第二家。

房屋新、干净，硬件设定齐全。前台人员热情周到，服务好。交通便利，去翠湖公园，昆明老街均不远，交通方便，距地铁也很方便。周边饮食、餐馆多，吃饭也很方便。
