Tolles neues Hotel (Er?ffnung 17.08.2025). Die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet, die Betten kuschelig, der Service ist wunderbar und der Ausblick aus dem 45. Stock atemberaubend. Auch der Koch hat uns sp?t am Abend noch wunderbares Essen gezaubert. Vielen Dank!

Fantastic location for our short stay over as we continue on our train journey to Guangzhou. New, modern, well furnished large rooms with great view. Good food in the restaurants for our dinner and breakfast!! I booked 3 rooms with 2 single beds and one upgraded to queen. All were so happy with their rooms. Located next to Kunming South Railway and it was good that they provide free pick up and drop off service to the station especially if you have bags. The only one setback was the train station shuttle service provided by a common transport provider for two hotels located in the same building so it was on a first come first serve basis. That created a bad experience for us when one set of guests decided to jump queue to hop into the vehicle first even though we were the first to arrive. The situation was not well managed by driver and the staff. Other than that the stay was excellent and I would return again.

Stayed for a few nights and overall, it was a decent experience with a few standout perks and minor drawbacks.
?? The Good Stuff:
- Was lucky to be placed on the 46th floor—top of the tower! ?? The view of Kunming city was absolutely stunning, especially at night ??.
- The hotel itself felt fresh and modern. Room facilities like the tap and shower were sparkling clean ?—definitely appreciated.
- Complimentary bottled water and a mini fridge were nice touches ????.
- Location-wise, it’s nestled between two metro lines, which made getting around super convenient ??.
?? The Not-So-Great:
- Staff seemed a bit new or shy—check-in felt more reserved than welcoming ??. Not rude, just lacking warmth.
- The area around the hotel was pretty quiet ??, which some might like, but it meant a bit of a walk to reach the nearest shopping malls ???.
Overall:
A solid stay if you're after clean, modern rooms and great city views. Just don’t expect bubbly service or doorstep access to the action. Would consider staying again if convenience and comfort are the priority. ??

酒店距离南站非常近，很方便。房间比较高景色不错，布草都比较卫生，设施设备非常很新，细节布置上都很不错。

房间干净整洁，早餐丰富，味道很不错。房间风景采光都特别好，商务出差推荐。前台服务特别棒，Caroline小姐姐服务态度特别好 业务能力超强，帮忙解决了很多问题，点赞????

新酒店非常干净清爽，早餐也很丰富。前台小姐姐还专门给我升级了湖景房间，景色一流
早上赶高铁真的很方便，酒店有安排接送，到站不用5分钟
坐高铁出入昆明的小伙伴可以无脑冲

因为工作的原因这两个月都到了昆明，这个酒店和上个月开的明宇雅居酒店在一栋楼里，大堂在不同的楼层。碰巧7月住了明宇雅居酒店，这次看到凯悦嘉轩开了，抱着试一试的心态预订体验了，果然没有让我失望。酒店装修清爽简洁，又不适豪华，房间标配了凯悦嘉轩酒店代表性的梳化床。商务出差、亲子度假都是非常棒的选择。本次入住房间为湖景房，白龙潭一览无馀，昆明的繁华夜景也尽收眼底。酒店早餐目前是半自助的形式，面包、水果、饮料自助，主厨会为每位客人准备一份煎蛋、培根、沙拉套餐，餐厅服务的小妹妹会温馨提示如果不够可以加哟。不过以我的食量，没有再去加了。早餐最赞的是双面煎的溏心蛋，面档的大理扒肉臊子，还有超赞的酒店自制面包。个人最喜欢的是牛角包，稍微烤一烤，香酥入魂。
下次再去还会再住这里。
