房间环境老旧办入住的时候前台服务一般，整体店里的服务一直都欠缺，然后订的两个大床房，两个房间都是两张单人床拼的中间还没有填平整，非常不舒服体验感非常差早餐也一般

独自旅行来云南第一站，洲际住三晚，感谢给我升级了行政阳台房，很美。
洲际很气派，硬件无可挑剔，软件也不错，各服务人员都热情相迎。
但是实在太大了，以至于我这个腿脚不便的人，每次从房间来回，都要走的腿发胀，好在可以叫摆渡车来最近的地方接我送出去，但每天出来吃早餐走那么一大圈实在是好累啊啊啊啊啊（后来去大理古城希尔顿，小而精致实在是太妙了，废腿友好酒店）
如果提个建议，那就是摆渡车能不能更新一下，太破了，丁零当啷的声音也实在炸耳朵??

We stayed at the Intercontinental Kunming and booked the Alice in Wonderland themed room for our little girl. She was beyond excited the moment we walked in. The attention to detail was fantastic and really brought the story to life for her.
The service throughout the hotel was excellent and everyone we encountered was warm, professional, and attentive.
If I could offer one suggestion for improvement: it would be wonderful if the hotel offered guests the option to purchase some of the themed merchandise (like the small decor items or soft toy from the room). We would have loved to take a little something home to remember the experience.
Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended for families looking for something special in Kunming.

环境好、服务好、整个酒店很大、房间的空间也很大、早餐也非常丰富、晚上还泡了温泉、缓解了一天的疲惫感、步行到滇池也很近～
