It was an amazing stay. Being an international, English speaking staff and the ease to check in made me honestly fall in love at first sight. The room had a great view of kunshan. The food too was one of the best I have had(breakfast).

自然环境幽雅，人文环境悠雅，大堂敞亮开阔，早餐内容丰富，管家大衞、仇菊服务热情到位，有任何问题都可以解决，崑山梁辰业崑曲剧场步行3分钟可达，崑山市图书馆步行2分钟可达，崑山市金鹰国际购物中心步行13分钟可达，下次来崑山还住这里

Very nice, modern clean hotel. Nice rooms also very quiet with a good location to have shopping malls and nightlife locations , restaurants in walking distance. Very good breakfast with chinese and western cuisine. Very helpful and nice hotel staff, especially David behind the desk beeing very helpful at checkin, making sure all demands are met and you will have a comfortable stay, i defenitelly come back!

Very nice stay, big clean room, very big bathroom. Facility very good with indoor pool, restaurant looked very nice even i did not eat there due lack of time

Absolutely amazing stay. When i checked in my room got upgraded. The front desk staff were so helpful.??I loved my upgrade. The pool was amazing I'll definitely stay there again ??

It was small hours on April 26, 2025 when I checked in, with my burn-out soul and body, at Paradox Hotel in Kunshan, Suzhou. Luckily, Mr. Wei's, a front desk staff, energetic smile and thoughtfulness cheered me up. Thank you, Mr. Wei.

Always stay in this hotel. For the first time took the room with two beds. Neat interior, clean bathroom with all the necessary stuff. View from the window is always an extra bonus!

I really like this hotel, it is already the third time I come here and for good reasons. It has a little something special then the regular tipical hotels offer. Like the nespresso coffee, or the soft comfy pillows for example.
Positively to mention is the staff. Speak good English and very friendly, like Jessie or David Wei for example. David not only speaks very good English, but threw in a free upgrade for me which made me feel special. The suite of the hotel is very spacious and offer plenties.
Highlight of this hotel, what I don't find anywhere else for this budget is the wellness area. Big pool, outstanding gym with TRX and body workout equipment. Best, however is the sauna with a cold plunge. A cold water plunge is almost impossible to find in other hotels, unless you are waaaaay in higher budget.
So for those out there practicing sauna + cold plunge, this is with no doubt your choice.
