  I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, the room was spacious, tidy and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the service was attentive and polite. The environment is quiet and cozy, making it a great place to relax.   RSuper convenient location – only 10 minutes from Kunshan South Railway Station, making it easy to hop over to Shanghai or Suzhou for day trips. Big shout-out to Linda at the front desk! As a first-time visitor to China, she totally saved me – her English was perfect and she helped plan my whole itinerary, even drawing me a food map with local spots for authentic noodles and hairy crab. Almost left my passport at checkout and she literally ran to the parking lot to return it! Room was clean and comfy too. Definitely coming back on my next Jiangsu trip!

  已经是第N次入住这家了，每次来都特别安心。环境乾净整洁，设施维护得很好，完全不像住过很多次的样子。前台工作人员态度一如既往地温和贴心，办理入住高效快捷，连我一些小习惯都记得，细节真的很打动人。房间安静舒适，睡眠体验一直很棒，出行也方便。每次住都像回家一样舒服，这么稳定又用心的酒店真的很少见，已经成为我出行首选，真心推荐给大家！

  优点房间比较大，位置好，对面就是万象滙，靠近地铁，有24小时健身房和24小时自助洗衣，可以投屏，洗衣电视可看进度。但是新酒店墙纸已经有脱落，没有洗衣袋，衞生间没有额外空间可以放自己的洗浴用品，没有擦手巾，身体乳没有每天补充，没有棉签。细节贴心程度不高。
