之前也来住过，这次是帮朋友预订的酒店办理入住的时候前台小姑娘liliy询问我们对房间有没有需求，也是很爽快的帮忙安排了
隔壁就是商场，和朋友聚会吃饭很方便，并且可以直通商场，很便捷
临近圣诞节酒店氛围也是很浓厚??
房间乾净整洁，设施设备齐全
下次住宿也会优先考虑皇冠??

第一次来崑山这边 中转一下第二天要去上海玩的 选择了紫竹路这边这家皇冠 ，不得不夸一下 入住之前酒店人员会打电话问喜好和要求，并表明崑山好几家皇冠不要走错了。到了之后礼宾就帮忙搬运行李，前台MIA小姐姐给办理的入住，她很专业又热情，流程很快 。房间还得到了免费升级，设施设备很完善，整洁又漂亮，整次的入住体验真的很不错

环境：来了好几次崑山，一直都是选择这家皇冠，位置好，适合懒人出游
衞生：房间宽敞亮堂，整洁，打扫人员很用心
设施：设施齐全 酒店还有健身房和泳池
服务：印象很深的是前台陈经理和礼宾nina，主动问好 好几次都是他们接待 热情 及时处理问题

Crowne Plaza Kunshan offers a convenient location and well-maintained facilities. The rooms are spacious and clean, featuring comfortable bedding for a good night's sleep. The breakfast is diverse, and the service is professional.

The hotel has everything to have a great journey. It's clean, the room are spacious and beautiful. I had always get a warm welcome from the employees at the entrance. I stayed 2 weeks there.
The breakfast is great with many choices.
The gym has everything you need but some equipments are a bit old or in bad condition. It can be busy the evening.
Also there is a mall next, with many restaurants inside. And a massage center in front by crossing the street (foot massage must be tried during your stay)
Laundry service is really expensive (I paid around 80 USD for a small size machine)

It's very nice hotel and has door direct access to the mall which is very convenient. Bed area full cover with carpet make it warm and cozy. It has iron for clothes inside the room with iron board which is good. As for breakfast, it has lots of variety food that I can choose and try.
