房间挺大的，非常干净，床垫很软很舒服，淋浴水量充沛，还有浴缸，要是淋浴间能再大一点就好了。早餐很丰富，牛肉和鸡肉很好吃，白粥配肉松回到小时候的感觉??。旁边在施工，不过酒店提供耳塞。

房间超大，景观房视野广阔，隔音好，晚上安静，婴儿般的睡眠。客房服务超棒 ，很晚还帮着铺梳化床的被褥，那小朋友的洗漱用品，和提供手机充电器。晚上自助餐有小龙虾和小火锅。早餐也很棒，特别是早餐的服务，超五星的享受。停车免费，车位充足。套餐的价格性价比超高。

总体而言这次的出游入住体验，还是不错的。
在下午2点办理入住的时候，到了规定时间说房间还没备好，不过在催促下，等了10分钟不到就入住了，还送了一份欢迎礼。
总体而言，他们的服务还是挺好的。连续两顿饭都是在这里吃的。尝试了酒店的自助晚餐和第二天客房附送的早餐。自助晚餐的品种挺多的，三文鱼给的量很足，小龙虾也是畅吃，冰激凌味道也不错。服务员服务也不错，看到空盘马上就回收盘子，非常的及时，服务也很热情周到。早上的现磨咖啡也不错，还有他们的奥灶面味道一点也不输外面的面馆，浇头也很丰富。小馄饨也不错。是家性价比不错的酒店。房间也挺大的，客房服务也很好，有求必应，停车也方便，去哪里玩都很近。

预订的酒店套餐，很适合亲子出游，包含了3份早餐和自助晚餐，还有3张亭林园的门票。停车方便，房间卫生不错，早餐和晚餐也好吃。

房间很干净，阿姨服务很好，充电线坏了，第一时间送了免费充电器，酒店外围环境也很漂亮，非常满意价格也非常合理，早餐非常丰盛，

Kunshan is spread over a large area, so it's hard to say whether this hotel is central or not. Nevertheless. it is a relatively short walk to a sizeable shopping centre and not far from other restaurants and shops. Service and breakfast were fine, in accordance with the price, however, we were most disappointed that the pool was not open. I appreciate that many hotel pools have not reopened since the pandemic, but clients should be made aware of this since the outdoor pool was one of our principal reasons for booking this hotel.

Breakfast was decent. Price is also reasonable. Only downside is that the sheets smells like damp cloth. Need to have some air fresheners for the bed sheets and pillow. The hotel is not hard to locate just a little be far from the malls and train station. Overall my stay was pleasant and comfortable.
