It was my first time in Langfang, China. The service provided by the front desk staff, Jason, left a very deep impression on me. The five-star service standard highlighted the fine tradition of hospitality and warmth of the Chinese people. He was also extremely handsome, making my heart flutter. It was a perfect experience. I will definitely choose this place again next time.

The trip was great! The breakfast is huge lots of options and are labeled in English! The employees are super friendly and very helpful! Will definitely stay here again.

Just amazing! Wonderful hotel, very kind staffs, nice pool, so comfortable room. Plan to come back to have a relax time as soon as possible.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and we got an upgrade for free in a wonderful suite! The room had all the amenities, bathtub included. The breakfast was varied and had a good quality

My family and I had an amazing stay at the hotel. From the warm greetings and helpfulness at reception until our last day. At first we were not sure that the hotel could provide our special request of a crib in the room, however the hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Grace the manager assigned to us, was able to arrange a crib and bathtub as requested, and helped with things that really made our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We had a very good, clean and spacious room and were able to cool off at the pool. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks to all the staff that gave us a very pleasant stay.

We booked into the Holiday Inn Suites at "Holiday Inn Langfang", this time around.
Our previous visits to this hotel, were not particularly good, with service "a lack of service", being the primary reason.
Nevertheless, we wanted to try the "Suites" section this time, and also see if things have improved.
Unfortunately, we were yet again inconvenienced at check in.
This is the only hotel, in China, in our experience that seem to not be favourable towards foreign guests.
Bearing in mind that we have visited numerous hotels, and have been living and working here for around four years.
Other than the most unpleasant check in process, our overall stay was fairly good.
The "suite" has a fairly spacious layout, and the rate is relatively affordable.
We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool, was not operational (this whilst it's advertised on Trip.com).
We do enjoy the Breakfast at this hotel, in fact, we have breakfast here at least once a week.
Previously, we found that the Dish Name Cards at the Breakfast Buffet, are only in Chinese.
This is still the case, WHY?
As it's an "International Brand", hence we expect a level of English as well.
This can be such a lovely Hotel, if only they would work on improving their service levels.
With that said, we received excellent service from "Allen", whom tried his best to meet our requirements.
(Perhaps, his management, could learn some professional courtesy from him).
There are numerous hotels around, and if this one wishes to remain busy, best they improve their service, especially towards foreign guests.
