设施：房间比较宽敞，有落地窗采光极佳。除床之外布置了桌椅可供办公。衞生间乾湿分离，淋浴方便
衞生：地板和床铺很乾净，房间无异味。
环境：装修比较舒服，有设计感。
服务：会贴心的准备茶和饮料，随时可以用热水。前台电话畅通，打电话会有人来帮解决问题。
性价比极高极高的那种…能在这个价位订到这样的酒店已经是预料之外了。酒店的柚柚服务态度非常专业和友好，使我们感到宾至如归，非常感激！

The hotel is really few steps away from the subway station! Check in process was also fast and the staff were all nice. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was closed during Spring Festival but over-all, the hotel is good. Recommended especially for solo travellers like me who only stays at night and roam around the city during the day time. ?? The heating is also great!

I had an awesome experience (given the situation that I was declined a room by another hotel on the pretext of being foreigner). The rooms were spacious and clean. kids liked the themes a lot. Hotel staff provided best Service, their attitude was professional and welcoming. Really felt great about my stay, would prefer same hotel in my next visit.

Really nice hotel within walking distance of Lanzhou Train Station and right next to a metro station too. The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We ended up extending and extra night as we had been travelling around quite a lot and the hotel was a nice place to catch up on some much needed rest. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful too! Highly recommend!

Really nice and clean room and very Comfy beds. Also the receptionist where very kind and nice.
Our tv didn’t work and it was not coffe or tea for breakfast :(

Don't like this hotel at all, the check in took half an our and they exhausted us, apparently we got a "free upgrade" but the air conditioner in our room was horrible and the shower flow was very weak and not stable on temperature, only stayed there for the night and it was enough.

The hotel is located about 20 min walk from train station. If you have a big bag take a taxi for CNY10. The receptionists are all super friendly and helpful especially Xiao Meng who walked me to a local restaurant nearby knowing I couldn’t read Chinese signboard. The room is clean and comfortable and has a massage chair - very nice. Free use of microwave and water cooler. The only problem when I was there is there was constructions nearby so iit was noisy even at night. Ask for a room facing a different side might help.
