We returned to hotel after Dun Huang and all the services were at usual high standards from cleanliness, wonderful reception staff and adequate breakfast . However, the air conditioning was turned off with central heating on which was uncomfortable — better to allow temperature controls at individual rooms.

房间，服务都ok，唯一巨糟糕的是洗衣和烘乾，20层楼的酒店，只有两台自助洗衣机和烘乾机，直到半夜还在排队洗衣，而且洗衣机和烘乾机与其他美居系列配套的LG不同，速度巨慢，有出差洗衣需求的慎重

这次入住体验远超预期！酒店地理位置优越，就在正宁路夜市跟前，特别近，走路几分钟就到了，交通便利。因为带着小朋友，所以备注了无烟处理，很好的落实了。
前台服务热情专业，办理入住高效迅速。
房间宽敞明亮，布置得温馨雅致，窗外视野很棒。床品舒适，一夜安眠。
特别要称赞的是早餐，种类丰富，中西式结合，味道可口。还有兰州牛肉麪。

大西北的最后一天，入住了美居酒店。这家酒店真的是我千挑万选才选出来的，同等价位，位置区域，配套设施，景点分布…入住之后，真的感觉很好。
前台彬彬有礼，专业性很强。酒店早餐丰富多样，麪条很有兰州特色。
房间里面都非常乾净衞生间和淋浴房乾湿分离。
携程还送了升级房型和延迟退房，每一项服务都体验到了。
退房时还送了三炮台便携装，来兰州旅游，真的就爱这一口。
马踏飞燕看了（居然是仿制品??），羊皮筏子坐了，老酸奶喝了，马老太酿皮吃了（就在酒店附近，好吃），中山桥去了，白塔山爬了，五泉早市逛了（买了一双纯手工皮手套才45，你敢信？），手抓羊肉买了…这么多行程，都是在这家酒店入住后完成的，所以地理位置真的不错~
下次来兰州，还会住这家。

The hotel is located near the night market and shopping street. It is easy to get a taxi to a nearby attraction. The hotel also provides welcome tea, and the breakfast offers a variety of options.

Excellent location as only minutes walking distance to Zhengning night market , 15 minutes walk to Zhangye ?night market , plenty of restaurants around the hotel . The hotel is Super clean and spacious room with smart toilet

Very friendly staff and accommodating to my situation; I was late for check out due to meeting delays, and they were so kind to tell me to get some rest before checking out instead of rushing me. Room was clean and pleasant, too.

Overall it was a good experience. The room was cosy, the beds were comfortable and the hotel is a short walk from the centre of town.
I suggest the following improvements.
1. Provide guests with a map of the area.
2. Train front desk staff so they can advise guests how to travel to the airport.
3. Don't add chilli to every dish at breakfast.

酒店是今年新开的，位置在正宁路上，靠近夜市和西关地铁站，出行方便。
酒店房间干净大气简约，设计的比较雅致。房间布局比较合理，桌上摆了酒店创始人的书籍。
房间设施很智能，尤其一提是马桶。马桶可以调节坐便器体温，拥有冲水、清洗、烘干等多重功能，特别人性化。坦白说，在国内的酒店极少能配备这样的马桶，这家美居酒店真的很不错。
酒店十楼配有小小的健身房和洗衣房，走廊里到处都有免费的矿泉水提供引用，非常不错。
没有预定酒店的早餐，就不评价啦，下次希望有机会可以尝试，不过猜测应该是不错的😁。
